Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The SiteCare email campaigns are directly responsible for 60% of all new revenue since June 2019. On top of that, the ROI is nearly 3x.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project management is very efficient - I'm always the roadblock, never SiteCare. They are fast to reply to emails and manage expectations well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Many of my experiences with marketing campaigns were "throw it at the wall and see what sticks" and the SiteCare team is definitively NOT operating in that mode. They are clearly experts with specific strategies and formulas they will employ and tweak to make sure your campaigns are as successful as possible at all times.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Writing email campaigns on someone else's behalf is always hard, so perhaps understanding Brand Voice could have been more thoroughly studied, but this is easily resolved with one revision cycle.

What challenge were you trying to address with SiteCare?

I had been building my own website. Then, the Google Penguin 2.0 update happened in 2011 and it took me off the first page of Google. I needed professionals to come in and clean my black hat SEO practices.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team cleaned up my backlinks, copy, and redesigned my WordPress website. From there, we continue to work on a monthly SEO project.

I work with one account representative and five other people from their team.

How did you come to work with SiteCare?

I was looking for a local, credible company and reached out to 4–5. I felt most comfortable with them. They weren’t the cheapest or the most expensive, but they were able to do everything I was looking for.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $10,000 for the initial web design-build and $25,000 per year for SEO.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2015, and our work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality of service is great. If you Google any of the keywords that we’ve focused on, I’ll be on the first page.

How did SiteCare perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via email and text. They’re great at keeping on top of things. The team breaks things down quarterly, by hour, and month. They always deliver and never drop the ball.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m a results-driven person, and their results are great. They pretty much do everything for me and it’s really easy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, if anything I’m the one that needs improvement.

My advice is to make sure that you can afford it. They’re not the cheapest but you will get results.

We hired Sitecare to help with our direct email campaigns. As a small business I did not have the capacity to do my own leads research and cold outreach on a daily basis. My time is better spent writing for my clients but we still proactively seek to find new customers.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to sign 1 to 2 new retainer clients per month throughout 2020. That meant we had to book enough meetings per month o make that happen.

How did you select SiteCare?

We had worked together on other projects before and I had always been interested in their direct email campaign service.

I had a discovery call with the team to learn about my business, the prospect list and the industries we would like to go after. We selected two countries to target and specifically targetted B2B SaaS companies in those regions. Once done, Sitecare created a discovery document for me to sign, together we wrote the content for the email sequence copy.

The sitecare team researched the contacts at 400 companies across two different countries. they would research 50 prospects and then I would sign off on those prospects and then they'd do another 50.

SiteCare then helped me onboard the email tech to that would send the emails and sitecare orchestrated the whole thing. The emails were set to go off at certain intervals that would compel the receiver to agree to a meeting with me.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with the director of direct email campaigns at Sitecare. I also have a dedicated account manager who I speak to on a weekly basis to tweak the prospect lists and the messaging.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I booked 16 successful meetings off this one campaign alone and signed 4 clients and had 3 contracts pending within two weeks of the release of the campaign. Sitecare's service single-handedly transformed my business.

I just want to say a massive thank you. This is power! I had to hire another content writer to keep up with the load. I'm so happy! No inbound efforts have yielded the same ROI as this email campaign. It works wonders!

The workflow was very effective. Sitecare seems to have robust project management systems in place and everything is digital.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The people are really nice. I know that sounds quite basic but they genuinely care about the success of your campaign and really celebrate the wins with you. The bounce rate was practically nonexistent and the open rates of my emails were close to 60%, the reply rate was 33% and my meeting scheduled rate has been a consistent 4%.

None. I'm very happy.
