A complete website was created for my real estate school. Included was e-commerce for students to sign up for classes. I am also an affiliate with an online school and had links implemented in the website for students to sign up for online classes. PayPal was integrated to receive payment from the students.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Unlike other companies where you don't talk to a real person, Site It Now communicated with me all day long, every day including Saturday and Sunday. They would either call text, or shared the screen to see the website and discussed changes. I was very pleased with the website they delivered; it met all of my requirements and more.

Yes, my website was completed ahead of schedule. Their excellent communication skills were more than I would have expected.

I'm the owner and artist behind La Panthère Studio, the studio that produces the Southern Gothic line of oracle cards and accessories.

Ours is a new studio and this would be our first website. After selling on Etsy for years, I felt the time was right to begin selling from my own store. I hired Site It Now to build the e-commerce site, as well as to consult with best practices.

I have a history in webs development, but my experience dates too far back to be useful --- ha. I was the creative director for a successful Chicago web development agency, and before that a senior designer at several others. However, that was almost 20 years ago during the tech boom. I knew things had changed and I wanted to work with a company that not only could handle the visual design, but guide me through the ins and outs of the backend technology as well. Site It Now performed great on the interview, and did not disappoint in the execution.

This is a small but mighty Wordpress/Woocommerce setup with fewer than 10 products, with connections to Printful (print-on-demand), ShipStation, payment gateways, and Mailchimp integrations.

I only dealt with Richard Williams, the director. He had a behind-the-scenes team.

It's still a bit too soon but the site works great and customer feedback has been positive.

Richard's communication style is excellent. If anything, he works too hard. I kept telling him to take weekends off for his own good. He is clearly very dedicated to making clients 100% satisfied, even at all hours.

I am most impressed by their work ethic, communication style, and flexibility.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I do think the onboarding process could be smoother. The questionnaire start was a little awkward. But we got through it and ultimately the vision was realized.

Richard and his staff...This is all phone work so there is no face to face meetings. However, this is not an issue and truly not necessary for the successful end result.

Yes...we got some organic leads within a couple of weeks and we have not even really fully launched the project/program yet.
