The functionalities have been developed mostly within the agreed timelines and additional requirements have been also accommodated

We received daily updates on the progress made and task for next day. In additional we conduct daily review meeting with the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ability to replace a resource in the event of members leaving. Ability of the resouce to quickly grasp and move upto the current level. They have developed some of the industry's first functionality in terms of automation of user data.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Ability to apply past learnings in new projects proactively.

TlkOut application is a simple peer to peer platform available both on android and iOS platforms. It lets users seek and offer support during tough phases in life through both group and personal chats. It also lets users learn simple tricks and tips to improve their mental wellness.

Initially, we were assigned the project manager to liaison and provide us all the details we needed. We were then introduced to our team of designers, a front end and backend developers. At all times the project manager ensures that we were assisted in every way possible.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a month of the application launch, we crossed 500 downloads. Our presence and brand awareness has also improved in the last month. We have also been working on further improving the user interface and introduce new features to our application

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was seamless. The project manager ensured that all our concerns were instantly resolved. The communication at their end is something we are very impressed by. Regular calls and emails ensures that both the teams are on the same page always.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The knowledge and expertise of the lead developer and the designer. They always made it a point to hear our needs and expectations out and present us with a solution that was both cost effective and would fair well with the users.

Moreover, there was never a delay at their end in responding to any query or concern raised by us. Their expertise in market research and comparison was also impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In my opinion, good things take time and they delivered the desired product within the time frame. They are doing a great job.

What were your goals for this project?

We hoped to provide a mobility solution by connecting customers to book car and carpooling services with navigation features. Our goal was to drive growth and have good access to our data through the admin panel.

Singsys developed hybrid mobile apps for Android and iOS to facilitate Online Outstation Ride Booking & Carpooling Mobile App. Features include a Payment Gateway, Google Map and Places API tools, Service Request submission, and Account Balance display. It facilitates the intended users to track cars available nearby to their current location & book outstation car service online. The app also features in carpooling service that will connect drivers and passengers willing to travel together between cities and share the cost of the journey.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They delivered a brilliant app. We are completely satisfied with their work and I would recommend them to anyone.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated with the team a few times per week through Skype, WhatsApp, and emails. All of our feedback was implemented in a timely manner. Singsys was always quick to clarify all doubts we were not clear about.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They suggested things which we as a client may not have come up with on our own. The app needed to function seamlessly through the various platforms and Singsys delivered what we asked for.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There’s nothing I can think of at this time. I have no major or immediate suggestions for them because the work they provided was good.

Our association with Singsys has been a long and close-knit one. We have contacted the firm for the various other ventures of ours wherein Singsys has proved as a major successful IT technology partner. With the development of marketing and promotional websites for ours various other services, Singsys has proved its mettle on several occasions.

For our hallmarked and new service offering, we got in touch with Singsys for the mobile application development for our ‘grocery store’ which is a B2B and B2C platform for the online purchase of the grocery commodities. This mobile application is built upon both Android and iOS platform.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to build a robust and easy-to-access solution for the online purchase of the grocery items. We introduced the concept of delivery handling and management so as to enable the easy supplies of the online purchased items.

Our end motive was to avail the service of ‘Buy Now’ for both the probable business and end-user consumers. With the inclusion of the master admin, we wanted to enable the systematic pine lining of the grocery sales and delivery process.

We aimed to achieve the development of the platform so as to ease the entire process and thankfully we were able to achieve the same alongwith the unfailing efforts of our technology partner, Singsys.

Upon the selection aspects, we hadn’t had to brainstorm any significant other choice. Since, we were already confident of the expertise of the firm in delivering the IT products with our earlier experience of getting up our website, so we were pretty sure of the choice. Since majorly the project was an e-commerce store for grocery items with probable businesses and end-users being our buyers, we aimed to keep a balanced UI/UX so as to cover up the best and lucid experience for our end-users.

Upon the project design and development, after the initial brainstorming with the team of Designers and Business Strategists, Singsys availed us the detailed documentation upon how the entire mobile application would be conceptualised.

After the signatory formalities, we had an in-depth discussion upon the branding aspects with the Logo and other identity conceptualisations so that the same could be kept in mind right from the on-set.

Thereafter, the assigned Project Manager carried forwarded the entire project with strategic breakdown of the mobile application in modular sections. Garg Enterprises’ brand value also received a significant boost-up with this application.

We have been already at good terms with the Singsys’s team per the coordination aspects especially. The fine-tuning between our technical team and theirs has been ever wondrous due to their professional work ethics.

I was awe-stuck by the extreme professional ethics conditioning of the team which has been quite commendable throughout the project-delivery timeline. Upon the post-completion of the project, sincere coordination and follow-up has been even praise-worthy.
