We render hotel booking services for corporate events and groups including weddings, tradeshows and sports competition for our market in Lagos Nigeria where I hold the position of Head of Operations.

As part of a global brand, we wanted to distinguish ourselves and highlight our local market as our area of focus. We hired Simtech to help us achieve this through branding and our logo design.

How did you select this vendor?

We approached 3 other companies and sent them the brief on what we wanted and asked them to come up with ideas to achieve that. Simtech stood out with the simplicity and clarity of their design, not to mention how pocket-friendly their services were.

To begin, they reviewed the global logo we already had and went on to asked us what it stood for. Next, they interviewed us on the market we were looking to penetrate and how much we've already done in terms of marketing and branding. Finally, they sent 5 samples of the logo design for Hotels.tv Lagos, while keeping all of them in sync with Hotels.tv global logo. The main catch for us was their understanding of colors and how they were able to infuse that in the final logo samples.

I worked directly with the creative manager at Simtech along with two of his assistants, making three of them in total.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of the logo design, we were able to clearly identify with our audience resulting in increased business as well as stronger relationships with existing clients.

We communicated frequently using emails and whatsapp. They adhere to a high sense of professionalism as they made it a point to always do what they said they were going to do at the time they said they were going to do it.

I was impressed with their commitment to the successful completion of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'd prefer more phone calls than emails since that makes communication a lot faster especially when the timeline for the project is brief.

Our company needed a rebrand because our old logo doesn't uniquely represent our brand, our poor website had poor user interface (UI), loads at 7.1s on mobile, and it wasn't index on Google, and we don’t have online presence to engaging with our customers or attracts new clients.

I found Simtech Creative when I was trying to get my company Work Horse Tech Limited online. We discussed about brand strategy, website and digital marketing solutions that will enable my company get online visibility and attract new customers. We reached an agreement on what we need to do, I was also given a payment plan that was cost effective.

Simtech helped my company rebrand its logo, design our website and offer us digital marketing services - create and manage Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn pages, and SEO for my company. They also designed and printed my company profile, business card and ID card.

The results were great, beyond the bench mark we had initially. I am very satisfied with the work they did for my company. They were one of the best website design and digital marketing companies in Nigeria.

The team at Simtech were easy to communicate with and they provided us frequent updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls; everything was delivered on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am very impressed by the knowledge they had about branding, website design, user experience, digital marketing and business in general. We have worked with other agencies in the past, but Simtech was a particularly collaborative and positive experience. They are the best branding and digital marketing company in Nigeria.

They take their time in everything they do, they made it clear that delivering quality work is more important than speed to them. We ended up with a beautiful logo, fast, secure and engaging website and a good online presence.

I contacted them and discussed everything that needs to be in place for my business to thrive. Simtech design my business logo, print business card, and set up Facebook and Instagram Ads to promote my business online. I was pleased with their services. Since then, they have been my go-to for my designing, printing, and marketing needs.
