SimplePlan Media has provided complete branding and website development for us. Regarding branding, they've worked on our brand strategy, positioning, and naming. They've also provided art direction, logo design, brand identity exploration and design, brand messaging, print-on-packaging design, brand collaterals, and a brand guide. Regarding website development, SimplePlan Media has provided custom UX/UI design, copywriting, photography and videography direction, Shopify development, and QA and handover.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they had a relevant design language.

We started working together in October 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

SimplePlan Media has built a great brand identity, premium packaging, and an overall brand language for us. We haven't launched our brand yet, so we don't have any metrics.

How did SimplePlan Media perform from a project management standpoint?

SimplePlan Media has delivered pretty much everything on time. The project has taken a bit more time than anticipated, but the results have covered for it. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.
