Let me explain a bit about the product and how Silver Scintilla helped us delivering solution: Silver Scintilla has created a user-friendly and customizable web-based system that centralizes employee and company structure information. This modular system streamlines HR processes, allowing businesses to create and manage various tasks such as personal development plans, vacation requests, probationary periods, contract extensions, and more.

The HRM system developed by their team enables storing all processes in a single system, which solves the problem of decentralized employee information. The system allows filtering data by employees, saving filter results in spreadsheets, and generating analytics and statistics reports. We have implemented this functionality through the Employee profile tab.

The Company structure tab in the HRM application allows sales managers to access the organizational structure, filter employees by professional level, skills, etc., search for employees using filters by name, organization units, positions, managers, etc., and view colleagues’ profiles. our end client have launched a flexible mechanism for the localization of business processes for different countries.

The HRM software solution we have developed has a modular structure that allows creating any process required within the system with no changes to the system itself. Their team has added the Time off tab with the sections My balance, My requests, Subordinate requests, and Data uploading to the accounting programs. It enables employees to request vacation and managers to approve it in the system.

The System Settings tab provides a high level of flexibility due to frequent changes in the company structure, employee functions, or business processes. We have implemented the bulk change option and smart filtering in the company structure section.

The system has been integrated with a corporate mobile application that duplicates part of the functionality of the main HRM system. This enables users to work efficiently on the go and provides access to time off processing, viewing the company structure, and employee profiles. All copyright issues have been considered and addressed, and the system is ready to use.

The centralized database that unifies information for all departments. Silver Scintilla provided the best solution with scalable functionality, personalized features, and robust security. Despite growing user numbers and changing processes, its performance remains unaffected. Our solution to our end client has improved workflows and reduced costs for an international company.

What I found most impressive and unique about this company was their exceptional level of service mindedness. Throughout the project, they always put the customer's satisfaction first and made sure that our needs were met. They were responsive and attentive to any concerns we had and always went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the final product. It was a pleasure working with a company that truly values customer satisfaction.

There were a few instances where communication could have been clearer to avoid any misunderstandings. However, these issues were addressed promptly and did not significantly impact the project's overall success. Overall, we were pleased with the collaboration and the final product delivered.

We wanted to create a portal and mobile application. The goal of the portal was to allow service providers such as plumbers, electricians, and maintenance professionals to create a profile so end users could search and contact them.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Silver Scintilla built the web and mobile applications from scratch. The core functionality was to connect the end user with service providers. They created the mobile app using React Native, Firebase in the backend, and Node.js for the frontend.

We worked with two teammates on the mobile app and three on the web app; they were all senior developers. Additionally, a project manager was involved.

We have utilized their resources for various web and mobile projects. As an example, one of our current projects is an online Event Management System where we are utilizing two of their resources. 

This software application aims to automate event planning, registration, ticketing, attendee management, resource coordination, agenda creation, financial tracking, and reporting. It streamlines the entire event process, improves attendee experience, and provides valuable insights for future events.
