We needed reliable access to skilled developers and the ability to bring them on board quickly, whether to scale existing teams, build new ones, or support a specific project.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Sii Poland began by taking over responsibility for our OMS product suite in the Nordic market. Since then, the collaboration has expanded significantly. Their consultants now work with teams in areas such as machine learning, data manager streaming, trading, portfolio and advisory, website development, and penetration testing for selected products. While the partnership started in the Nordics, their work today spans colleagues and teams across our offices in Norway, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, the UK and beyond.

Sii Poland has played an instrumental role in our digital transformation across several areas of our business. The development and maintenance of our unified data platform provide real-time data for daily operations, reducing complexity and improving decision-making. The team has also reduced our workload and improved the quality of our operations, including in production. Without their support, we wouldn’t have been able to deliver the results we’ve seen.
