The project aimed to develop an IT Service Management (ITSM) solution using the Microsoft Power Platform. The solution aims to manage up to 10 ITIL processes, including incidents, service requests, change requests, knowledge base articles and problems, as well as managing our service catalogue, SLAs and service targets, and maintaining a database of IT assets (CMDB). We have built a scalable ticketing tool that can manage over 4,000 tickets per month. Key deliverables included: First release of the project including CHE process and workplace devices (SCOM) Global Go-Live: All tickets in the company (INC, SR, Changes) only reported via this tool Scope completed with 10 ITIL processes up and running (monthly releases): Change Eneablement Service Request Mangement Service Configuration Management Incident Management Problem Management Service Catalog Management Monitoring and Event Management Requirement and Demand Management Service Level Management Knowldege management
