Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner of an advertising and marketing firm. We were looking at an outsourced marketing team and Shree AGT has been a credible and efficient partner to work with for most of our web development projects. They were able to replicate our designs in code form and use relevant tech to support the same. We have been working with them for two years now and see them as our extended team and we're glad to have collaborated with Shree AGT.

For what projects/services did your company hire Shree AGT Multimedia, and what were your goals?

In the past, we have faced issues with developers replicating our designs into code. There were teething issues related to the overall output and visuals. Inspite of providing xD files and making it easier for them, we had to constantly look for solutions to solve the issues faced during the process. The best part of team Shree AGT is, that they may not claim to know everything but they do their due diligence to suggest possible best solutions and fixes. Their team's sound tech background is a big plus.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Project collaboration, working like one unit and not an outsourced partner. Being receptive to constructive feedback and accountability were the factors we were looking for in our development team.

The objective of the projects were: 

• Replicate the xD designs
• Automate forms on the website 
• Deploy effective techniques to cater to SEO requirements 
• Make the website backend simple so that non-tech individuals could also make necessary updates and changes to the website
• Responsive to different devices

We provided them with xD files for one project and Figma designs to test their capabilities with different platforms and tools. They were able to easily navigate through both.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A senior project manager was the point of contact for the project. He would manage the team of developers working for us. The manager himself being experienced proved to be an asset in our collaboration.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They developed easy-to-navigate CMS systems so that even someone with minimum knowledge could update the website and make necessary changes.

I received weekly updates on project progress. We would communicate through a slack channel and Microsoft teams for communication and updates. Deadline did fluctuate a little but they would always manage to make up for the lost time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They go above and beyond to meet the client's project expectations. They do not limit themselves to the scope of work and provide good insights on improving the overall project development output

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could aim at improving a little of their design sense and aesthetics.

I’m the owner of a chemical media company that has a team of eight people. We have our website and YouTube channel.

We were looking for someone to help out with IT services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Shree AGT Multimedia has been our full IT support for the last year and a half. Their team developed our web application. They also perform other services like web maintenance and video editing. We have an area on our website where students can log in as well as a video conferencing tool.

What is the team composition?

We work with four or five people, including a graphic designer, a video editor, and a group of front- and backend developers. We also worked with someone who took care of the site’s architecture.

Their team provides full-time support whenever we require it.

We’ve spent more than $10,000.

Our engagement with Shree AGT Multimedia started in July 2017.

In terms of feedback, we’re happy with their work. We even receive support at night in case any problems arise. Their flexible team resolves any issues quickly.

Because of how happy we are with Shree AGT Multimedia, we stopped working with other agencies. They’re professional. Their culture is very good, as well. We feel comfortable referring Shree AGT Multimedia to other people.
