Our Dynamics 365 system was a blank template that required changesto better suit our day to day requirements. We employed Shaligram to assist us in streamlining the process from POS to project sign-off. This included creating templates based on provided information, reviewing our ordering process and calculating the expected financial figures and comparign the actual final figures at the end of a project. We required a system that could provide CRM, SRM and a personalised workspace for each individual user for their specific department and job role.

Our dynamics 365 system is now a key componenet in our companies progress. We have clear visibility of all aspects of our work, so that all users are workign from the same space and have the same inforamtion available. From a project management perspective, we now have all information in the 1 application, rather than relying on multiple software systems.

Akash, Sonal, Baldev and Pritti were all attentive to our needs. Sonal took a more primary role in our support and would respond to our queries in a very good timeframe. We found their knowledge to be very valuable and we were advised on how best to maximise the productivity of the Dynamics system.

I enjoyed their commitment to the process and would always make the time to take our calls and arrange weekly meetign to review the system. Typically, all areas of rework required were completed the following week. Shaligram were interested in our operations and provided constant support during the testign phases. I was most impressed with their efficency to respond and resolve matters within a couple of hours of raising the query.

Where we provided written information and a summary of tasks with screenshot examples, the work was always completed in good time and to a high standard. The only area for improvement I would suggest is that written documents are provided after meetings with a summary of points discussed and reviewed in the meeting. We had a lot of different points to review when reworking the Dynamics365 and sometimes an item to be addressed would be missed or would have to be repeated. A written summary of all discussed would help both the client and team review the areas of work following the call.

They worked with us to understand some of the high level requirements, and soon got started on building an easy-to-use, no-code based custom CRM. With this CRM in place, our sales personnel were able to record the leads with ease, manage accounts for each customer and maintain a comprehensive history of exact requirements allowing us to have all relevant information in one robust platform.

The main outputs involved a lightweight lead management tool, an address book for customer accounts, and an order history and service request capability. They made sure that the CRM is aligned with our existing infrastructure, and also conducted extensive training sessions for our staff to familiarize them. It also included personal dashboards for the real-time insight and visualization of the data which made our decision-making more meaningful.

• Analysis Analysis for figuring out the existing system and the impact that the future customization will bring to the system 
• Syncronisation triggering create of each actions for base entities 
• Whenever there will be any creation of new records in CRM or in WHMCS's common data items then syncing processs from WHMCS to CRM and vice versa. triggering update of each actions for base entities 
• Whenever there will be any update in any excisting records in CRM or in WHMCS's common data items then syncing processs from WHMCS to CRM and vice versa. 
• Base Entities to be included "Account Contact Quote Order Invoice Product Activities etc,.." 
• Need to have one extra field in each entity in order to store Unique Id for both the environments. i.e, 
• AccountId using which CRUD operations(Create-Read-Update-Delete) will be carried out. 
• Do not synchronize if relate Customer Account is not available 
• In case where in there is an event of create or update on any record for example ceation of lead in CRM which hasn't placed any order yet so no related customer account in WHMCS. 
• So in such case it will not synchronize. For such records put flags with which we it will be easier to display accounts in CRM which does not have any matching rerd in WHMCS. 
• Creation of an api through which new record will get created based on the information held by each other.

Everything synchronised up both ways just as we expected. Shaligram was very responsive to our requirements and indeed several times they changed/fixed things when asked. We are looking to use them for several larger projects

I liked that Shaligram Infotech was efficient and had great communication and take the time to demo whenever needed. We must have asked them the same questions 20 times and yet they were patient enough to keep showing us.
