I’m the CEO of a private clinic. We do heart monitoring and diagnosis.
What challenge were you trying to address with Shaligram Infotech?
We developed a website 3–4 years ago, so it was a bit outdated. We were looking for an easy and convenient way to upgrade our site.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Shaligram Infotech updated our WordPress website. We initially connected via Skype and sent them a file with all the changes we wanted. Then, they went on to execute those changes. Additionally, they did some design work for some fliers.
The website was simple; its primary purpose was to showcase our telephone and information so physicians and patients could find us. The only thing Shaligram Infotech added was a short instruction video on how to use our devices.
What is the team composition?
We worked with four teammates. Our main point of contact was Ruturaj (Business Development Manager).
How did you come to work with Shaligram Infotech?
We came into contact with Shaligram Infotech through a friend and colleague.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about €1,000 (approximately $1,100 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in March 2020, and they did the last update in March 2022. We contact them every time we have a question or update, which is 2–4 times a year.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We received positive feedback from our physicians and patients; they found the site easier to navigate.
How did Shaligram Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
They performed well; the team was very responsive. Every time we asked a question or uploaded a document, they responded within the same day. We used emails, but our main communication medium was Skype. All in all, everything worked out perfectly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Shaligram Infotech was on top of everything. They took the project seriously and were accurate and quick to deliver. Moreover, they had excellent pricing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They had to update our website in Dutch, but they didn’t speak the language. When a question wasn’t clear to them, they didn’t ask us for clarification, they just did it. Therefore, sometimes they didn’t do the tasks as we wanted. However, it just happened 1–2 times. Overall, we were quite impressed with what they did.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to prepare in writing how you want your website to look. If you prepare that document well, Shaligram Infotech will develop it swiftly.

I'm a technical contact at a web agency. We work on IT solutions and workshops in Magento 1 and Magento 2 for our clients. Our business model enhances and establishes a partnership with our end client. They pay for a subscription-based service, and we maintain and expand their Magento workshops.

We hired Shaligram Infotech to provide offsite IT services for our clients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Shaligram Infotech helps us install and maintain our clients’ modules. They maintain and expand workshop functionalities, especially in the Magento code base, making changes when necessary. Most of the time, we choose the result, method, and sections of the site that Shaligram Infotech will develop and extend.
Initially, we did some trial versions, and Shaligram Infotech worked a few hours a month. Then, we engaged them more month by month. While they offer maintenance, we provide hosting.

Our main point of contact is a project manager, and we work with about five technical developers from Shaligram Infotech.

I posted a job on a platform in 2018, but we closed it when we no longer needed the service. Shaligram Infotech saw the request and gave me a call. At the time, I didn’t need their services but left the door open for them to call me later. Then, as the demand for developers arose, I asked if they had some developers; that’s how our cooperation started.

We’ve spent between $8,000–$12,000.
What is the status of the engagement?
We started working together in September 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Shaligram Infotech has performed great with our KPIs, such as reachability, communication, and managing deadlines. Moreover, they address technical issues when needed; when mid-level developers encounter a problem they can't resolve, they call senior developers. We have over 500 clients and don't use performance metrics for small individual tasks.
How did Shaligram Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?
They're good at sticking with our deadlines for every task. Their communication skills through Skype are also great. Our partnership with them is at a level where we don't need day-to-day communication.
We use monday.com for project management, where we share a board to assign them tasks they strive to achieve on time.

I'm the eCommerce Specialist at WorkwearHub where I lead the online store experience and act as the gatekeeper for all data going on and off the website.

We had an outdated Shopify theme that was in serious need of an upgrade. Shaligram were able to build a new theme for us on the Warehouse 2.0 template where we were able to provide a better UX. We are now in the position to keep building and moving forward as we grow.

We contacted many development agencies while scoping a suitable candidate, but Shaligram were clear standouts. From our first discovery call with Ruturaj and Jay, we knew immediately that they were going to be able to fulfil our requirements.

We had an initial discovery meeting where we were able to explain our company objectives and goals to Shaligram. We continued to catch up on a weekly basis for the 5 months it took to develop the new theme on Shopify. Throughout the project, communication was amazing and each task was approached in a professional manner. The entire theme was upgraded, each page was redesigned and new functionality was developed in the way of increasing the conversion rate and AOV metrics.

Ruturaj was our project manager, and Jay was our developer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching our website, we saw lifts in AOV and conversion rate. We believe that customers really enjoy the UX on our website and will continue to come back.

We drove the project in Asana where we kept all of the tasks. Jay would then estimate the development time on each task and Ruturaj would track the hours and report to us once a week on progress. Each task was completed within the given timeframe.

The team were very knowledgeable with the Shopify platform and made various suggestions on how we could improve our infrastructure. Shaligram were more than just a development agency to us, they also acted as consultants at times, they gave us good advice on how we could do things better.

The time zone difference posed some issues at times, where we would miss each other's messages and lose some communication. But the service quality more than made up for this minor issue.

Backend and front end development on an extensible framework with open standards to structure and to visualise data, with the aim of an interactive, browser based dashboard.
For our project at the Faculty of Sustainability we visualise complex challenges and models of sustainability within an interactive dashboard. This platform offers the opportunity to analyse and to instructively visualise data, by breaking down scenarios and solutions into comprehensive steps.
The platform is developed for the mobile application on location with different stakeholders as audience and user. The software solution was implemented on the existing hardware that consists of multiple 4k monitors, laptops and tablets.
Based on the existing system Shaligram developed graphic and interactive options by using JupyterLab for plug-ins and widgets, as well as, a modular extensible, interactive dashboard for the simplified presentation and interaction directed at an audience, which draws on the foundational configuration, is browser based and controllable via a tablet.

The software solution was coordinated by a Project manager and a team of backend and frontend Developers and a Server Administrator for the software deployment.

The project was very challenging and the team stayed comitted and positive throughout the entire endeavor. Backend faced challenges integrating JupyterLab and Frontend had to solve the issue of a consistent UI across a range of interfaces from tablets to 4k 65’’ monitors. We even managed to finish the project during a global pandemic.

Project management was always approachable and communication was swift. We used Slack and GitLab as communication tools.

They Assigned 1 Team Leader to manage the project and take care of his team members, and QA team for over all testing of app. This is the best team composition I could ever have from Shaligram Infotech.
