Built software using our old prototype as a guild for features, while they built the new software around an integration partner. New scopes of work would come out of our customer discovery which would broaden the innitial scope of work.

They delivered a software solution that is now serving over 6 states, with thousands of daily active users and growing.

Almost always delivered items on time. Great communication with sptints, and check-ins. They were able to help deliver everything we needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've been able to build a lot over the past year - grown from 3 to 8 large clients we serve and increased the complexity of our technology adding application, benefits, verification flow, some admin portal and court reminders.

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

Good given size of team and volume of work. Once Alin was added it improved, as he brought a lot of helpful structure.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Very flexible. They can move and adapt to accommodate our requests. Personally, I like the culture of the team & company.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are occasional mistakes but that is to be expected. Nothing else jumps to mind.
