What challenge were you trying to address with Seven Dynamic?

We wanted to create a new website that had a great user experience to increase our digital presence.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seven Dynamic developed and designed our website. First, we collaborated on finding website designs to get inspiration from. We gave them the logo, the mission statement, and the branding guidelines to start the project. Then, they started building the site.

They reviewed the content we gave them and then uploaded it. They conducted a  research and discovery phase to give us examples of cool website ideas. They showed us some of the websites that they made and how they could find something that would be tailored to our business sector and more user-friendly for our audience.

What is the team composition?

Yahya (CEO) was the one in charge of the project. We were in contact with at least three of his colleagues, but I don't know how many others worked behind the scenes.

They did a website for another law firm that I liked, so we contacted them and told them about our project. We later found out that we had multiple friends in common and everyone recommended Yahya for his exceptional talent.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $2,500–$3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement ran from April–May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They did a really good job. We were very lucky to have them. We had an average of 20-30 visitors before the new website. Now we’re averaging at least 180-280, without doing any SEO or Google Ads. We’ve been very busy since the new website.

How did Seven Dynamic perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very organized and managed the project very well. Their team had templates and were able to push the project forward within the agreed timelines. We communicated via Zoom due to COVID-19.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Seven Dynamic was very professional and talented. They tried very hard to understand more about the project so that they delivered something tailored to their client. That set them apart.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If they had an SEO service, that’d be great. That way they coukd deliver the full package to their clients.

Fill in all the forms that they send you very carefully so that they deliver the project that you want.

We were able to receive orders from day one of website launch- without any technical hiccups. Website experience received very positive feedback and earned consumers trust to pay online.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As an enthusiast of the digital platform for a long time- I’ve had my fair share of dealing with agencies within this field. After many failed attempts with many agencies, I finally found one that actually delivers on its promise.

I’ve been working with Seven Dynamic for over 3 years now- on multiple projects with different needs, scope and scale, projects of my own as a startup, other ones through a company I work at- and the level of dedication and professionalism met by Seven Dynamic is unmatched. Especially with the startup experience, it is difficult to find agencies to treat your business with the same importance of the many multinationals they deal with.

They were understanding, cooperative, and committed to troubleshooting any hiccups to help the business thrive. Paying close attention to every detail of the project, and ensuring they fully understand their client’s needs to the finest detail allows them to execute their projects to perfection. 

Today, through my role as a corporate employee, Seven Dynamic as is also the agency to introduce one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical companies in Egypt to the world of e-commerce. Perfectly timed delivery of the project with what I call executional excellence!

We had a initial meeting to discuss our targets and goals, Seven dynamics took our thoughts and introduced different creative ideas and mock-ups the was within our objective to choose from, after selection of the main outlines, there team designed our website followed by several content updates to meet our goal to create a full website that we are fully satisfied with, they never spared any effort to help us reach our goal.

As we have no previous experience with web site development, Seven dynamics made us feel that it’s a really streamlined easy process for us, which we believe that our project wasn’t easy at all due to the lack of experience from our side

When the website was ready to publish, it was flawless with no issues whatsoever.

Seven Dynamic is the main company in charge of our email domains and website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a functional domain already, but we’d never gone through the design of the website, so Seven Dynamic started from scratch. Our first meeting with the founder revolved around how the site would look and the design we aimed to achieve, as well as our target clientele and what they would want to see on the site. We discussed the design, the color palette, the fonts, and even the text that was supposed to be on the website. Using our data, the two sides went back and forth until we settled on a design. After that, we launched the site. They are still maintaining our emails, currently.

The CEO and founder is my main contact.

I don’t think I can answer this question because I wasn’t part of that.

Seven Dynamic is professional and quite responsive. Whenever we ask them something, they are open to suggestions, as well as modifying things they’ve already worked on.

No, it has been a good collaboration. I don’t think there is anything to say.

If someone is looking to work with them, they ought to have a mood board or an understanding of what they actually want. Making those ideas clear from day one helped our case and made it easier for them.

Our business is called Kay Fashion House, and we are a casual clothing brand. I’m the marketing head for the brand as well as a partner.

We needed help with our e-commerce setup, worldwide shipping, and integrating all of those things for our online business.  

Since we only sell our products through social media platforms and our website, it was very important for it to be done professionally. We’d had a bad experience with a previous company, too.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We went to Seven Dynamic to construct an e-commerce website to sell our products online.

The website was created on WordPress and they did many integrations. They incorporated the features we wanted but also made suggestions to help. They saw where we had missing points and made recommendations to fix it. We’re constantly adding new things to the website and they help us with that.

We’ve worked with about three people directly. The founder is one of them, along with two other people that were working on the project, but more are behind the scenes.

We saw another e-commerce website that they constructed and it was done very professionally. We liked what we saw so we contacted them and spoke to the owner there. He was nice and helpful, and we sat with a few other companies who didn’t mention the same options as them. We started the work right away after talking to him.

We started working with them in April 2020, and we are still working together. The website will always need work and updates as we are still starting up our business.

The site is still brand new; we just launched several days ago. Our existing customers have been satisfied with the website, so far. Everyone has given us good feedback about it. The pages are loading perfectly and no one has run into any problem. Purchases have all gone through as expected. So far, it is going great and we haven’t had any problems.

At Seven Dynamic, you can see they are as passionate about my project as I am, and that shows in the final results. The owner manages the whole project and makes sure everything is on time. He follows up on everything himself. 

They worked day and night to finish when we had an issue before launching. They were efficient and finished the project on time. The quality of the service they provide and the way they communicate with us is very professional. Their team explained each step so we understood as it was happening. They provide us with all of the materials, reporting, and analytics of the website, giving us everything we need to keep track of. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their best qualities have been their commitment and passion while working. That’s something we looked for — it isn’t easy to find the same level of passion that we have. The owner is the strength of the company. He understands the job perfectly and I can see that he has great management skills, which is the key to the success of all this. He is someone people would be interested to work with.

Even after completing the website, they’ve still been very helpful. They’re right there when we need them, day or night, and continue to ask what they can help with. Even when things don’t relate to their scope, they’ve helped us.

For example, we faced a few problems with one of our integrations with our shipping company, who failed us, but Seven Dynamic found the solution and made everything how we wanted it to be. Not only have they done their part, but they want to help us in general, too. We’re very satisfied with working with them.
