In this process we provided the company the UI/UX design, along with guidelines and specifications (functional and non-functional) with the business objectives to be achieved. We also provided a roadmap of future features we want to launch beyond the scope of the MVP. 
Our goal was to launch an MVP quickly and have it tested internally (de-bugging) and with end users we're working with, within our community. The team took on the requirements and provided technical analysis and identified possible routes to tackle the objectives and the man hour estimates needed. 
Once the scope has been verified in detail, we were able to build sprints of 1 to 2 weeks long and quickly begain seeing the product come to life. The team showcased a professional attitude and capability from the start, which helped us bring our vision to life quickly.

The feature set that became validated and proven soon was deployed on the life server, and I was able to get it to work with no issues with end-users further enhancing it with feedback, and creating a backlog of new feature sets to be developed later. This pretty much helped us achieve the intended role of the MVP.
