Servcom Solutions provided on-site IT support and smart hands services for our new centre openings across Malaysia. The scope of work included network infrastructure setup, IT equipment installation and configuration, on-site technician deployment, coordination with our regional IT team, and post-installation verification to ensure all systems were operational prior to centre launch. Servcom handled the ground-level IT execution, enabling our team to meet project timelines for multiple centre openings across different states in Malaysia.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All centre openings supported by Servcom were completed on schedule, with IT infrastructure fully operational on handover day. Network connectivity, telephony, and access systems were verified and signed off before each centre went live, ensuring zero IT-related delays to business operations. Servcom's on-site response time and technical accuracy minimised the need for repeat visits, contributing to smoother centre launches and reduced downtime during the critical opening period.

The team met datelines constantly, provided valuable feedback, took constructive feedback as well. They were highly responsive, even after office hours.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Servcom Solutions Sdn. Bhd. could have done differently?

Servcom could benefit from providing a more structured post-installation report after each centre opening, summarising the work completed, equipment installed, and any outstanding items. While the on-site execution was consistently reliable, having a standardised handover document would make it easier for our internal team to maintain records and follow up on any post-launch support needs. Also, perhaps more cost effective solution would be much appreciated.
