In the first phase of the project we met every week to trace progress, readjust priorities and discuss problems and solutions. We achieved the goal to have a stable release for the product launch in time.

We selected Sensi Labs because of their approach from the very beginning of the process. They were very agile and they really cared to deliver the tool that will satisfy all our needs.

Sensi Labs prepared a comprehensive solution serving as a virtual try-on of our eyewear. The AR technology used behind is the most cutting-edge in the market and launching this app was a distinguishing factor for us among the competition.

Sensi Labs was responsible for the whole development, adjusting the branding of the app, creating 3D models of our products and placing them in the app, as well as uploading the apps to mobile stores. For us, it was an end-to-end support, which we highly appreciate.

On the one hand, the scope was the construction of a platform for collecting data from many entities at the same time, verification of the collected data and the possibility of presenting summaries of this data to system users, and on the other hand, the presentation of ready-made results of the summaries on websites.

The first key element was to define the target database structure for the collected information, then to prepare templates for surveys and to develop a mechanism for sending, verifying and saving data.

Another milestone was the development of a data export and import mechanism that allows you to download survey data and import structured summaries. The last big task was to prepare a platform for the presentation of the collected data based on widgets dynamically presenting defined data sets on websites.

We have established detailed guidelines of different modules to be prepared within the given period of time as MVP.

Thanks to this project, as a service company, we have learned to implement our own IT products. Thanks to the experience gained from cooperation, we implement further projects. Such knowledge and experience is priceless, especially during crisis time.

I am very happy with how the software turned out. Everything I discussed with the team happened— from our first duiscussion through all the changes. I believe they did a good job with the project. Our clients can definitely work with the software, and right now it doesn’t seem to need any significant changes.

We were looking for experienced partner that will help us developing our own product for data analysis in e-commerce and avoid pitfalls and mistakes. Sensi Labs developed a web application to our specifications. Built in React Native with a Node.js backend and using Google's cloud capabilities, such as Firebase and Google Cloud Run, our application is built for scalability and leverages a relatively inexpensive infrastructure.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with Sensi Labs Chief Technology Officer to define terms of the engagement and to ensure that their team could handle our project. Communication was excellent with Sensi Labs, as we were provided a single project manager to handle all day-to-day interaction. This individual in particular brought immense value and organization to the project. The rest of the team consisted of designers and front and backend developers that we interacted with less but were clearly well-prepared for the project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our product is new at this point, but is an impressive piece of technology to have been developed in less than 60 days at a competitive rate. Simply having software, rather than a manual "offering" to show is a differentiator for us.

Project management went through a single point of contact at Sensi Labs with whom we loved working. We've requested to work with our project manager again whenever we have additional development needs. His attentiveness was exactly what we needed for our project.

Sensi Labs was able to provide quality work quickly and cost-effectively. We were unsure about offshoring our development work but Sensi Labs proved those concerns to be unfounded.
