The solution includes visual customization options, a content library for organizing sales assets, and a manager dashboard that shows sales activity and client engagement. They also implemented in-app notifications to keep the team aligned and aware of ongoing actions and updates.

Selleo is a home-grown operation. They train in-house, hire in-house, and are focused on developing long-term talent, as opposed to short term gains. They're proactive with their approach, dealt with scope creep efficiently and clearly, and were dynamic in adjusting to our increasing needs.

My few wishes for their improvement would be more robust estimating procedures, and a greater understanding of the business market they are trying to support. To their credit, they are very focused on building an oustanding product.

The main scope of the project included creating a new app architecture. At first, we scheduled the implementation of new features according to our business requirements. Later, we asked for new modern designs, and at last to maintain the repository (code review). The technologies used were: React.js and TypeScript.

At this moment, the application was released, and the first clients started using it. The overwhelming feedback from our first customers has been very positive. They emphasized the usability and clarity of the application.

We met regularly with the Selleo team 3 times a week to discuss the app development process, but we also organized monthly meetings with our CTO to discuss accomplishments and schedule future tasks. All the communication was either on Slack or Google Meet. We scheduled the tasks in the Jira. Selleo was responsible for developing the frontend of the app using React.js and TypeScript and collaborating with our developers working on the backend in Elixir. All the designs were done in Figma.

The Selleo team is a pleasure to work with. Without them, we would not have released the new version of our application. Our internal teams have been massively impressed by the speed they can complete their tasks in the UI which led to a very successful release.

There is always areas for improvement in software development. What is critical for us is that Selleo proactively provides feedback and suggestions on areas they see for improvement.The Selleo team is also very adaptable to the changes we make internally in our internal teams for improvement.

The Selleo team worked on the administration interface, the maintenance of the main application and the development of new features for both. Our application provides a unique microlearning experience, with the team involved in the user-experience of many of our most recent innovations. The team has also worked closely with our Product group on accessibility and ADA compliance aspects. The main technology behind the solutions is React.js with RESTful endpoints from our in-house back-end team.

The collaboration with Selleo has been excellent. Their code is reliable, maintainable and well-tested. They work well with the other members of our team, and continue to identify areas for improvement and innovation, approaches for the erosion of technical debt, and for the reduction and prevention of issues - which were tracked and measured. 

The structure and processes within Selleo ensures the team remains expert in their field and abreast of best practices - and that they are willing and able to bring this to the table.

Despite the fact that we’re working in the team augmentation model, the team is a great fit for our management style and brings a lot to the table in terms of technical knowledge. The collaboration is based on Scrumban methodologies. Besides regular meetings, the team communicates via Slack. Estimates for work were agreed via pointing during work decomposition - and these had a high degree of accuracy.

Releases were scheduled every two weeks, but hotfixes were done asap as needed without issue.

We were looking for a software house from Europe that offers services in both Node.js and React.js. Smooth communication and bug-free software were some of the crucial requirements.

The application aids in an online application process. After filling out the form, applicants are added to a system through which administrators can validate them and compare their skills with other registered applicants. At the end of the process, the applicant gets an e-mail with information on whether their application was accepted or denied.

The team consisted of people specialising in both back-end and front-end development. Depending on the requirement, the team scaled between 1-3 developers. There was also a possibility to consult a design expert if any UX/UI improvements were introduced.

The core task was Vue.js development of the website offer form, a crucial feature for business development.
