The Selland team helped us design, create and develop a new website. They also helped us do a refresh of our brand kit, with new fonts and additional colors to our current pallete. In addtion to website design, they also provided templates in Canva design program, for use on social media and future website updates. 
Once the website design was complete, Selland synced up our website to our recently established database with Bloomerang, helping to train us on avaliable features such as the Kindful fundraising pages.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A new website! Not only a new design, but one that matches the "look and feel" of Bags of Hope, unlike the previous website. The new design and ease of website navigation are allowing new donors/volunteers to find us more regularly. We have no doubt it will lead to more donations and support in the future!

We had a great experience working with Aubrey. There were times when the timeline was delayed, which usually reflected busier seasons at Bags of Hope. This did not allow us to focus on the website project as we would have hoped to. 
Aubrey has been quick to help and answer many questions! She did a great job explaining things and training us once the website was running.

We are most impressed with Selland's dedication to working with us at a discounted rate and understanding the challenges with the budget available for projects like this at most nonprofits. I don't think so. We are learning together along the way since this was our first time working on a web re-design!

Selland Technologies partnered with The Local Palate to develop a comprehensive membership side to our exisitng website. From site strategy to design they oversaw and completed the project efficiently and effectively. They integrated the membership with other plugins like WordPress, Shopify, MailChimp, and Memberful to create a UX that was seamless. Communication was strong and design skills were highly impressive.

My company is Shinyu Pet Technologies. We are a high-end pet care platform connecting pet parents with rigorously vetted caregivers. I am the founder and CEO.

We started working with Selland Technologies to complete development of our namesake mobile app "Shinyu - Pet Sitters & Walkers". Selland Technologies helped us complete development against the app and administration system and supported us through a successful launch.

Since then, they have supported us through every step in the product life-cycle from ideation through delivery. We get personal and professional service and consistent results from the Selland Technologies team, and most importantly a partner that we can trust with the technology that drives our business. Our goal was to have the most intuitive and user-friendly app in the space, and Selland Tech has helped us achieve this critical goal.

Selland Technologies came highly recommended from a leading development company in our area and their leadership's proven success conducting critical development work for a major sports league (NASCAR). They understood our vision deeply and have been a great partner since we began.

The scope of work has been quite large and dynamic given our ongoing relationship. Weekly we have meetings where we discuss latest activity, our roadmap going forward, and work together to prioritize the optimal items to focus us given business needs and budgetary constraints. The bulk of the work is in iOS development. Push notifications, GPS tracking, automated payments through Stripe, and many more features have been successfully implemented by Selland Technologies.

A project manager is our main point of contact and we have two lead developers as well as 3+ junior developers. Selland's leadership is always willing to step in when needed during times of critical need for our business, which we greatly appreciate.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since the launch of our work together, our revenue has grown over 20x and our customer base over 10x. Our user's NPS score is leaps and bounds above our competitors, and we constantly receive positive feedback from our users and the design and functionality of our app.

Our project manager is extremely responsive and committed to doing great work on our project. We leverage both Notion as a work-tracking tool which gives us outstanding visualization into the activity of the team given the real-time updates. We also have weekly phone calls and the team is always reachable by email or even text in the case of emergencies.

We're most impressed with their commitment to doing everything in their power to help us build our vision and the technology required for a great company.

We searched for web developers nationally and internationally and shortlisted 4 or 5. We finally chose Selland Technology based on their intuitive understanding of our goals and challenges and their experience and pricing.

The Selland Technologies team worked with us to evaluate potential solutions and platforms when rebuilding the platform from scratch and has since supported us through the launch of new product lines, sales channels, and the implementation of a variety of new features.

The company principal and a project manager are our main points of contact. Behind the scenes are a designer and two to three full-stack developers working on our project.

Our site allows us now to offer multiple product lines, direct sales to customers, analytics, and reporting. All new features we didn't have before we started working with Selland Technology.

After the initial platform launch, we moved to a retainer/maintenance model. We hold a weekly meeting with the Principal and Product Manager. In addition, the company uses communication tools to manage progress, including Slack, Notion, emails, and phones when needed.

The Selland Technologies team treats our business priorities as its own and goes out of its way to provide the level of support we need to grow our business.

Selland Technologies has worked on multiple projects on behalf of our customers including complex web development, digital strategies and marketing. The challenge is to ensure that our customers build a strong brand within their unique markets and to engage their various stakeholder groups through social media and paid digital advertising.

I was originally introduced to the company through another vendor who works with my company. Our agency continues to tap into the expertise of Selland Technology year after year for exceptional execution of digital strategies. I never have to worry if they will deliver. Our projects result in beating industry benchmarks - - Google Analytics and digital advertising benchmarks. It is why we have a 96% of our customers return for additional work

Excellent. We use Asana and Slack to communicate, weekly touch point meetings and weekly update reports to our customers that track our customers' requested key performance indicators.

In my 20+ years in running the company, it has been so difficult to find a reliable IT company that truly adds value and delivers. My bottom line has sky rocketed in the last three years in working with Selland Technology because I have confidence that we can deliver and take on more projects.

Our website needed a fresh redesign and a better mobile presence. Our two biggest challenges were getting new signups to our daily newsletter and creating ad units that worked best for both our advertising clients and our readers.

We looked for companies that had a good track record with both online publications and those that relied on email communications to their readers

We had several discovery meetings that led to wireframes being presented. After some small tweaks, the development process started. Throughout the entire process, they were open to our input and helped us to understand best practices that would lead to the best results.

We worked with two people directly. One was our main contact that did our discovery phase and worked with us throughout the development process. The other would meet with us to go over the results to see how the final product was performing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We saw pretty immediate success from the project. Our newsletter distribution list grew by 50% in the first year and our banner campaigns tripled their click thru rate. We had our fire month with 1 Million Unique Visitors, and have routinely hit that mark since.

The communication throughout the entire project as great. We had timely discussions about the project and they were always quick to answer when we had questions

There was a real personal touch that showed they cared about the outcome and what it would do for our company. Not just reaching a deadline. Our success seemed to be their success.
