The key factor is to count on the agency support in many difficult projects and very complex roles.

We looked for many different specialists within Identity Management area to build the team that would be supporting the new Identity Management platform. The key requirements were related to experience of several years in support of complex and distributed enterprise IT solutions including very good ITIL know-how, basic knowledge in software development and database technologies (scripting, SQL)

We selected several candidates for the first interviews. Then, the selected candidates were invited for the second interview during which we covered more technical related areas. Three candidates were presented the offers.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Seargin helped us to find the candidates that fit very well to the position as well as the company culture.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The flow of the information was great. I have been updated about the new profiles as well as the candidates statuses. When some changes in the profiles appeared, they adjusted to the new requirements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very proactive communication and approach to the recruiters, being able to find right candidates even to very complex roles, caring about candidate experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cannot see any at the moment.

I am the IT Manager for Finance and Control function working for big multinational corporation. My responsibility is to provide IT services to the business function.

We hired Searing in last couple of years to run and drive multiple projects ranging from pure F&C projects to large cross-stream and cross-functional programs. We hired consultants with multiple skills mostly focused on functional SAP FI&CO area.

Our cooperation with Seargin has been very succesful for last 4-5 years. We value efficiency, speed and quality of the service as well as the compentency of consultants presented and eventually hired.

Over last 4-5 years Seargin helped us onboard 20+ functional consultants for different projects in F&C scope and beyond. These consultants were participating either in entire project lifecycle (from Transparency and Engagement phase up till the go-live and hypercare), or participated in specific phases of the projects, depending on the needs. They had to demonstrate in many cases not only functional skills but also project management qualifications.

We always presented the job requirements to our Seargin contact. For some of the requests Seargin required more detailed explanation to better understand our needs. We then received couple of profiles and selected the right one after the series of interviews we run.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

All projects went live on time and with the expected quality. Some consultants proposed process improvements which even more contributed to overall success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The collaboration has always been very successful. Vast majority of consultants continued their assignment for the agreed period and beyond. They showed high responsibility, dedication, and motivation. We mostly were glad with the service they offered and continued the collaboration for next requests.

I am a recruiter and we are a support office for well-known gas stations, recruiting mainly IT Specialists, but also specialists in the area of Marketing, Data, BI.

We needed to extend our team with additional tech talent, we needed to cover Senior System Engineer, Senior System Analyst, and Service Desk roles.

We’ve been working with Seargin for over 4 years, and they have proved to us they’re the go-to vendor if we need highly skilled tech talent. Previous successes, as well as their attitude and professionalism were major deciding factors.

After the discovery phase, where Account Manager asked all the relevant questions to understand our business needs, they introduced us to the candidates’ profiles. What Seargin had done as well was prepare the reports, ensure real-time communication answering candidates and our questions - overall focusing on a positive candidate experience from both our and candidates’ side.

After we get the profile of candidate from Seargin and hiring manager accepts it we schedule next steps of the recruitment process. Account Manager/Recruiters from Seargin contact the candidate through the entire process and we only take over contacting candidate after they accepts our offer. This helps us to limit the number of people who contact the candidate during the process so not to confuse candidates about who they should contact with when they have ay questions.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Over time with Seargin help we managed to hire specialists for many positions - for example Service Desk positions with specific languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) which are very challenging for as there are limited numbers of candidates on the market.

Their workflow is effective, I appreciate regular meetings, updates and reports.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their professionalism, and the fact that we accomplish our goals thanks to them.

My colleagues had previously been working with this agency and recommended Seargin to me. The deciding factors were the engagement and responsiveness Seargin's employees offer as well as their professional attitude.

We had to establish Weekend IT Service Desk with global English support service.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We shared our requirements with few vendors. Seargin approach and candidate level were the best offer.

1st line IT support during weekends. English global support on calls, chats, emails, 1st line tickets. Focus on high priority interactions to dispatch and escalate production (running during weekends) interruptions.

Weekly follow-up dialogues and quarterly reviews allows us to manage ongoing improvements of the service

It was very good co-operation and hand-over from the beginning. Small adjustments were arranged during first year. But now we are up and running on a good level.

Their ability to find great candidates in a short period of time is outstanding.
