We wanted to revamp our Wix website with one that’s seamless and professional. We consulted Seahawk, who agreed to create for us a completely new website.Seahawk assigned a project manager who reached out to us for further discussions to outline the requirements and expectations for the new website. There was continuous communication with the team at Seahawk and they were also providing demos of the website for us to give feedback and make necessary adjustments until the final deliver.

I'd suggest perhaps having a set script or communication outlined with expectations for customers who have never worked with a developer before.
