The brief was to create a new website, using a purchased template, that is significantly better than our existing Wix website. Our company already has a strong brand but the digital presence across the website had to match the same standard. 

The key deliverables included:

• Create a visually appealing website that matches our competitors 
• Improve the user journey to increase conversions
• Over 20+ activity listings on the website

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Due to the team's hard work and commitment, we have achieved a stunning-looking new website that is backed up by an excellent user journey. The team went above and beyond in creating the website that our stakeholders requested and ensured all changes were actioned within a 3-day turnaround. 

We are proud of our new website, which we are showcasing to our customers. Hopefully, this will increase conversions.

The project management has been great. We have had over 100+ emails and countless online meetings about the website. We learnt that the best way of giving feedback was with a PDF that included screenshots and notes of what needed to be changed. The project manager was always positive, and the team who joined the call addressed all feedback.

The size of the teams, every call would have at least 3 members who were working on the project. This meant that all changes were received directly by the team member who was working on the project, and they understood what was required before leaving the call.

Nothing stands out. Overall, it was an excellent service, and I will return to them for our next project!

The entire project was supposed to be wrapped up on a certain day, but they only had the site built at that point. I was not made aware that that time frame did not include edits to the site, mobile optimization, or uploading the site to our servers. This caused us to get several weeks behind schedule.

They were unable to complete all of the edits as requested. It became easier / more time efficient to just get them to hand over the website and complete them ourselves.

We were not made aware upfront of all of the things they would need / need access to in order to complete the website. This would have allowed for us to get these to them sooner and move the project along quicker

• Been more upfront on all of the things they would need to complete a project.

Seahawk Media built a brand new website for my not for profit business client and to host the website. A total of six pages in the end to start with. It is a website that will likely grow over time. Seahawk sorted out the technical issues around getting access to the domain so they could begin hosting it.

Completed to specs and having a finished website that the client is happy with. Getting that acknowledgement from the CEO was a definite measure of success for this project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

With Seahawk, you have access to a scalable and highly experienced international team of experts but they are also approachable and easy to talk to. A great team to work with. 

One thing that stands out is that even though we were all in different time zones, no one ever made me aware of that. They operated as though they were in the same time zone as I was, that's a very unique skill I think. Excellent.

On a human note, I want to thank Saurabh for making this website journey possible in the first place. Saurabh has been so easy to deal with since the very first time I approached Seahawk Media. It's not easy trying to figure out who/which company you can trust to find a reliable supplier. But from the getgo, Saurabh was very helpful in helping me make the right website decisions for my client and to get started on it.  Thank you Saurabh. He never ever spoke down to me, thank you very much.

Thank you to our project manager Himanushu for your patience with us all ;-). It's not easy working with a new team for the first time but to the project manager's credit, Seahawk Media was very patient, and I felt we could be direct with each other. We appreciated that. This was my first time working with the team so this isn't about areas for improvement or something they could have done differently. Working in a new team is any setting can be hard and unknown at the start. But to Seahawk's credit, the project manager was patient, I was direct about what I needed, and they were very responsive.

Seahawk has been working with us to create and update various marketing webpages. As part of larger project initatives, they have been responsible for the web production work and complete the work within our Wordpress templates. They provide screenshots for us to review and are responsive to feedback provided. They have adapted to our use of Wrike as a project management system and communicate easily with us through Wrike and Slack despite significant time zone differences.

Seahawk is responsive to our requests. They adapted well to using our project management system. They're generally quick to get work done and have recently adapted to some slight changes to our methods that improve our overall flow of project information and tasks. They are good about asking questions when something is unclear or when we make a mistake in the materials we hand over to them. Most of the time they deliver as required and on time.

Sometimes they are not checking their work before submitting it to us for review. While we understand that they would not have enough background knowledge to question anything related to product content, checking links and ensuring that the correct file is downloading as expected needs to be done consistently.

We hired Seahawk to rebuild a client's website that had 150+ pages. Our client didn't want to change their site's design but was looking for ways to improve the site.  Seahawk was attentive-to-detail and delivered a much improved new website that looked almost identical in design as the old website our client had, but 100x better.  The website is faster, easier to update, looks more professional. Seahawk was very easy to work with and extremely reliable.

We are a SaaS company based in NYC and Tel Aviv. After being around for years and not happy with our website, we needed to refresh. We also didn't have a blog previously, now have a really nice scalable WordPress blog that is best in SaaS. So the project was: 1. redesign the site and create blog 2. develop the site 3. optimize for SEO First we started with UI mockup concepts in Figma where we went through a few iterations.

We customized the homepage and blog only, then rest of the subpages were replicated with a very similar design on Elementor. During development we finalized content, assets, product screenshots and did final QA before going live. All communications occurred in a shared Slack channel where we had close support. It's like having a marketing powerhouse on standby. Monika from Seahawk really helped push us to the next level, so shout out to her!

We engaged Seahawk Media to take completely rebuild our website. We brought the strategy and initial design concept and they took it from there thru finished site and beyond.

We conducted an intensive international search for this important vendor, interviewing over 15 companies. We selected Seahawk for a few factors: US and India presence, strong executive leadership/involvement, impressive design portfolio, very competitive pricing.

We kicked off by sharing our goals, design preferences, and overall strategy. We spent the following two months working through an iterative design process until we had the look & feel that we felt best reflected our brand.

Seahawk's SEO stayed materially involved throughout. Subsequently, their development team took over and quickly built the site. We had a successful launch with only a few glitches. Seahawk quickly addressed those and has been responsive to any subsequent needs. Never balked at requests to fix or change things.

Really operate well across the globe. They have very strong Polish design resources and very talented Indian development resources. They did a great job of delivering outstanding work with a very cost-effective team.

Only minor bugs on launch, but that's to be expected. They've worked diligently with us to correct everything and never balked at our requests or hit us with a change order for more money.

Seahawk had done beautiful work in the past, and put an emphasis on customer service and communication, which was key given the accelerated timeline of our project.

The Seahawk team used provided art to completely re-imagine our website. We started by discussing inspiration, what we needed in terms of feel and functionality. From there we were provided a detailed mock-up in figma, and once that was approved, building began using Elementor in WordPress. The team looked for feedback and made adjustments on the fly throughout the project, and continued to be available with support after site launch.
