I’m the owner of a company that marinates and packs meat and fish products. We’re based in India but we distribute our products in various countries around the world.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Scribblers Media?

We needed someone to develop our branding and provide us with digital marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Scribblers Media started the engagement with a presentation on how they were going to develop our brand, who should be our target audience, and what will be appealing to them.

They then provided us with mock-ups with a logo and packaging design for approval in order to build up our online presence and supplement our social media pages.

Once that was done, they proceeded to promote and advertise our company and products through digital campaigns. We’re running several campaigns in different areas, age groups, and specific channels such as Instagram and YouTube while adhering to our budget.

Moreover, they’re currently managing our online content by creating the copy and having a photographer take photos of our products for publishing and marketing purposes.

We work with a designer, a relationship manager, a content writer, and three of their partners.

I’ve already established a working relationship with their team in the past, and we chose them for this project because of their flexibility and approachable nature.

So far, we’ve approximately invested $17,000.

Our ongoing partnership started in March 2020.

Since partnering with The Scribblers Media, we’ve received a lot of positive feedback and reviews on our Google My Business page. They keep exceeding our expectations whenever they implement new ideas and I’ve been very satisfied with their work.

How did The Scribblers Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is very satisfactory and their communication hasn’t disappointed. We typically interact through regular phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re very impressed with their flexibility and proactive listening. They don’t have a preconceived notion of how the project should be done, and they’re generally open to receiving suggestions and they always come up with ideas that are outside the box.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on implementing more technology into the project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise being more involved in the project to get the most out of your engagement with them. Communicate with them, brainstorm ideas, and be upfront with your needs.

We are the website development partner for this real estate company. We design and developed the modern look and feel design. The client is one of the big brands and we are collaboratively working with them to develop and maintain their website. This was our 6th project with them. Looking into the relationship with client we work as the technical hand for their business.
