I am the manager of a web development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Scopewit Sp.zo.o.?

One of my clients wanted to develop a new website in Magento 2.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We didn’t have as much experience in migrating existing sites as we did with development from the ground up, so their team helped us to make sure that all of the data from the old site was transferred to the new platform correctly.

They also provided UI/UX support and helped us to implement third-party integrations to add features that required components outside of Magento, such as the company’s blog that is hosted on WordPress.

What was the team composition?

We worked with four backend developers, two UI/UX designers, four frontend developers, one QA, and one project manager.

How did you come to work with Scopewit Sp.zo.o.?

I found them through my research online. I interviewed 2–3 companies for the position and decided in the end that their team was the best fit for our work.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost of the project was $4,800.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in December 2019 and wrapped up in January 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The client was completely satisfied with the quality of the work that we were able to provide. They had given us a very aggressive timeline for the project, and we were able to complete it in less than a quarter of the time such a project would normally take thanks to the Scopewit team.

How did Scopewit Sp.zo.o. perform from a project management standpoint?

We used JIRA to stay on top of all milestones and progress toward specific timelines throughout the project, and they communicated with us on Slack for any more day-to-day questions and requests that either of our teams had.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our company has had some pretty bad experiences with other development companies, but everything about working with Scopewit was a totally positive experience. They were communicative made the project very easy for us to manage, which we really appreciated. We plan to work with them for several more projects in the future.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They have a little bit of room for improvement in terms of their project management, but the quality of their work is very good.
