Goal was to create a reverse auction marketplace where a customer comes in and pitches what they want, which in this case is visual collateral, like a specific photo for a marketing campaign. The vendors, the AI artist, bid on the project with actual attempts at the image. They post low-res and/or watermarked examples. The customer can then choose any or none of the attempts. When they choose a vendor, they pay and get the high-resolution version of the image.

I am extremely pleased with the consulting services I received. The project was not only delivered on time but also of exceptional quality. What truly set this consulting team apart was their remarkable responsiveness, crystal-clear communication, and their deep grasp of the technology involved. Several aspects of the technology stack were unfamiliar and intricate to me, but every question I had was met with prompt and lucid answers. 

Prior to selecting this consulting service, I had interviewed numerous other consultants, many of whom struggled with both clear communication and a genuine understanding of my inquiries. However, with this team, I consistently felt heard and received answers and explanations that were precisely on point.

What stood out the most to me was their exceptional ability to quickly grasp and understand my questions. This efficiency not only streamlined our communication but also significantly accelerated the pace of the project. Instead of spending time clarifying or elaborating on my queries, they consistently demonstrated a rapid understanding and promptly provided insightful answers. 

This level of responsiveness was truly impressive and greatly contributed to the project's efficiency and success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Scaleup Consulting could have done differently?

One aspect that could have been clarified better was the allocation of phone discussion time. While I genuinely appreciated their willingness to provide as much time as I needed without additional charges, I sometimes felt uncertain about the extent of my usage.

It would have been beneficial to have a clearer understanding, such as knowing that 'X hours of phone discussion time' were included and monitoring my usage against that limit, for a more transparent communication experience. However, I want to emphasize that despite this minor concern, everything worked out exceptionally well, and their commitment to accommodating my needs was greatly appreciated

Redeveloped a Java web application that is used by women to assess breast cancer risks. The developer supported requirements analysis, contract preparation, and subsequently efficiently delivered the new and improved web application. Docker containers and seamless automatic deployment were also delivered.

We asked Jayen to review all our current business process. We currently use multiple web based programs to run our business and have many process that were being done by staff which we thought might be able to be automated to safe our company staff time. Following the review of our operations we asked Jayen to create a custom automated process he was able to create. 

This process included integrating process from Monday.com and Travefy The process Jayen has created has now been implemented and has revolutionised the way we operate! Our staff team are amazed by the results and my only regret is that I didn’t find Jayen sooner! We gave Jayen a 2 week timeframe to deliver the project and it was delivered well before the timeline given. The best part about this experience has been the communication and work following the project delivery.

A project timeline was made clear in my initial meeting with Jayen. This project was delivered ahead of schedule and the end product was better than we thought it could be. Jayen and his team were easily accessible for a phone / zoom/ online chat to talk about the progression of the task and any changes that were required. 

The most impressive aspect of this experience has been the after project delivery communication with Jayen and his team. Jayen is always monitoring the project to ensure the functionality is where it needs to be.

Along with the technical and development support, Scale-Up consulting has provided ongoing business and marketing support to help position our business as we take on the next phase of growth.

Hard to tell at this stage. As we grow and take on our next phase of expansion, we look forward to the continuing relationship with Scale-Up Consulting. A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 full stack developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

After launching our site, we saw a 70% increase in traffic, and our incoming leads doubled month over month thanks to the landing page. Clients love the updated design, and they now have a better understanding of our services.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

The UI/UX design and requirements that were handed over to Jayen was so well converted to a MVP that was completed on time and met with success.

Jayen is a superstar Developer (nah, he is actually at the level of a lead nerd architect (think of Mark Zuckerberg) but fully hands on). I'm so lucky I found him and when I did he his rates were low. He is worth a lot lot more. It's hard to find some one of his calibre honestly. He wouldn't say no to anything (anything is possible for Jayen). He is an unique find who also understands the product well and suggested lot of improvements. 

I found he is completely abreast of all the latest in tech. He successfully completed the project from the scratch and helped us launch in such a short time crunch. If not for him I don't know what will my end product look like. I don't even wanna think about it. I'm so happy what we have now is a sleek, light, seamless, non chunky web app to the level of world's leading websites. 

I found their coding standards to be top-notch. A task that would take hours to complete - I can promise Jayen would do it in minutes. He is someone who doesn't waste time and quick and spontaneous in communication. Let me say this if you get him you are very lucky. Thanks Jayen for everything.
