Throughout our collaboration, their team shared valuable expertise in digital marketing. They launched a cold email campaign for us, which generated an impressive $120,000 increase in revenue for our audit business - an incredible outcome!

By that point, Scalability had a deep understanding of our strengths and weaknesses. They assisted us in implementing a CRM to track leads, conversions, and overall client data management. This has streamlined our processes from start to finish. Develop a functional website on Wix that’s both functional and aesthetically pleasing. As this was mostly brand consulting, Scalibility helped me understand the importance of SEOs, helped me do website review and my brand launch, aided in content creation, social media, etc.

I’m the regional marketing manager for a biotechnology company. We sell COVID-19 and other types of tests to organizations like schools, medical groups, and countries.

What challenge were you trying to address with Scalability?

We had just started the company, so we didn’t have a website, logo, business cards, or mission statement. Everything was moving quickly during the COVID-19 pandemic because people needed testing as soon as possible. We had to organize ourselves fast so we could have an online presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, Scalability came up with a workflow for the entire process, making it easier for us because our thoughts were scattered. We started by developing the mission statement for the company, and then they created the color scheme. Scalability researched our target audience and competitors deeply and developed the entire branding.

Afterward, they began working on the website. They drew maps and created personas to develop the UX/UI design. In the beginning, our product lines constantly evolved, so we needed to make changes like three times a day. Scalability also built a CRM so we could make changes internally without getting them involved. Then, they created the marketing materials we needed, including email and presentation templates, business cards, and more.

Additionally, Scalability helped us with digital marketing so we’d show up at the highest ranking on Google.

We worked with six people throughout the process: Natalia (CEO), two designers, and three developers.

A friend worked with them on another project. She spoke highly of them, so we gave Scalability a chance.

We spent $13,000. The quote was initially higher, but we were on a tight budget.

We started working with them in April 2020, and they finished the project in June 2020. Afterward, they became a long-term partner.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Two weeks after launching the website, we sold 300,000 COVID-19 vaccines to a country as a partial result of our collaboration with Scalability. We also received amazing feedback from our clients and many compliments about the website. In the beginning, the situation was kind of hectic because COVID-19 testing was very limited, so there were a lot of scams. However, our website and branding worked well for us because they showed we were real.

Overall, Scalability created a whole approach and showed us what to do to get from point A to point B.

How did Scalability perform from a project management standpoint?

They were faster than us; we had a lot of work on our pipeline, and Scalability worked overtime to meet the deadlines. It usually took us longer than expected to answer their questions, but it all worked out in the end. If we answered their emails at 10:00 p.m., they’d immediately respond because the team worked the whole time.

We had stand-up calls twice a week to identify the scope and check what was happening. We used monday.com to see the pending tasks and Figma for the design. We also used Slack, email, and Zoom for communication. Overall, Scalability was very transparent; we had a great experience.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything came as a package. We previously had another development partner, but they wouldn’t take on projects because they were busy. On the other hand, we were happy with Scalability because it was a different experience. They offered their expertise in terms of sales to help us attract customers and make the site easier for them. We only wanted to showcase the product, but Scalability made suggestions to make the site more appealing to the decision-makers looking for our services. They just thought about features we hadn’t considered, even though they weren’t experts on medical tests.

No, nothing came to my mind; it was a smooth interaction.

Just go for it. They might be expensive, but they’ll take care of your project. You won’t need to worry about anything; Scalability will think ahead of you. They’ll make things easier, which is really cool.
