While my experience with SB Infowaves Pvt Ltd has been largely positive, there are always areas for improvement. One thing I would suggest is more proactive updates during the development phase. 
Although they were responsive when I reached out, receiving more regular progress updates would have helped me stay aligned throughout the process.

Additionally, offering more customization options during the initial design discussions could further enhance the client’s ability to fine-tune the website to their preferences.

These are minor suggestions, and overall, I was very happy with the final product and their service.

Since SB Infowaves took control of ICCMO's Marketing campaign we have had significant growth. Our website originally had no ranking and now we have several keywords ranked 1-3 pages on google. We have had a 94% increase in active users, 100% growth of new users, 83% more engagement and 100% increase in first time visits. Our Facebook and othe Social Media improved 100% in reach, views and content interaction. We saw remarkable progress across all major performance metrics. Organic search traffic rose by an impressive 135%. The trends continue to point upward and all the data/reports indicate a growing interest and engagement. Overall, SB Infowaves has successfully elevated ICCMO's marketing and digital presence.

SB Infowaves Pvt Ltd hasn't delivered on time. We agreed on 10–15 days project, but after 5 months, we're still waiting for the deliverables. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

So far, nothing is impressive about working with SB Infowaves Pvt Ltd. They haven't completed anything significant, despite having paid 75% of the agreed fee. The team has promised more completion for more money paid ahead of completion, without any change orders on our side.

SB Infowaves Pvt Ltd could do the job as agreed, on time, and at the agreed price. They could also hire the right people and in particular a project or account manager who doesn't act as a spoiled and entitled brat, but thrive to complete the tasks at hands on time and as agreed. The team could also learn that in business, when an issue occurs with a client, or a dispute arose after being more than 100 days late without an update, the company should make additional efforts to try to remediate the situation and their failures.
