Making a website with cutting-edge technology. The site date is more or less constant, yet the site should be dynamic, giving you a refreshing feel every time you visit. It must have fluidity be it from mobile or be it from desktop browser.

It should be lightweight yet with prominent HD quality graphics and the site should be sustainable with auto upgrades and keeping the speed accuracy levels maintained over the years without much interference. The site should have easy access for the client to make basic changes as and when needed.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were connected via an APK where everyday updates were posted. Any correction was updated on that page itself. And we had a weekly virtual meeting about the website progress and changes we had access to the virtual website looks on their server, which helped a lot to see the real-time progress and to rectify issues on the spot.

Project Management was okay. Things were delivered on time or as per the timeline. The best part was that there were 7-8 people involved and each had a specific job and they are specialized in their own field of operation, which made the work much easier and swift.
