The scope of work included creating and optimising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads (Performance Max, banner network), YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic platforms — DV360, Hybrid, and Admixer. Thanks to deep geotargeting, the agency was able to tailor impressions to specific cities, regions, and even a specific distance (from 50 metres to 1 km).

The team quickly created and adapted creatives in any language using AI services, and also developed localised banners taking into account cultural characteristics. Hypotheses with different calls-to-action were tested for each market, and A/B testing helped to identify the most effective solutions. The results showed that adapting creatives to the local market increases CTR by 40-70%.

The agency also helped us realise that social proof - reviews, comments, video cases - has a greater impact on consumers than local advertising, and that Google or App Store ratings are often more important than the physical location of an office.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results were directly linked to business growth. After an initial stabilization period, we achieved a 15% reduction in cost per lead (CPL) compared to the previous agency, a notable win in the competitive IT outsourcing sector. The volume of marketing qualified leads (MQLs) increased by 12% in the first year and currently shows an 18% improvement compared to 2024. Crucially, the quality of B2B inquiries improved, resulting in a 20% higher close rate for deals generated through their campaigns. Strategic content marketing efforts also boosted the average time on site for key decision-makers by 14%.Regarding the quarterly reports, CPL, cost per MQL, and close rate for PPC-generated leads were the most valuable KPIs for us.
