What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very responsive and followed the brief perfectly with a good blend of guiding us with the design and development but while we maintained the content control.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Santos Digital could have done differently?

I think it would've been good to sometimes have done calls to discuss certain things, but honestly their communication was so clear in messages that it wouldn't have been often necessary. It's just sometimes easier to express ideas over calls, especially during the design/Figma board phase where it's not always easy to express what you want via comments alone.
