The project involved the design and development of a fully functioning website for our business, built to support our online presence and increase the visibility of our products. The project began with the design stage, in which we presented Milan with the ideas and concepts that would establish the site's layout and and user flow. Details were provided on what information the site would present to visitors and what other functions were needed. From there, Milan began backend development and content integration, while keeping us in contact with all the ongoing changes and notified us of any issues that arose. Once completed, the website went through a few rounds of changes and testing, ultimately arriving at the final product that was provided. A few post-launch additions were made, and support for the website is ongoing.

I think it would've been good to sometimes have done calls to discuss certain things, but honestly their communication was so clear in messages that it wouldn't have been often necessary. It's just sometimes easier to express ideas over calls, especially during the design/Figma board phase where it's not always easy to express what you want via comments alone.
