OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Santos Digital?

We needed help with website development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Santos Digital developed our website. We handled the design and copy, and they built the site on the CMS.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Santos Digital.

How did you come to work with Santos Digital?

Someone referred Santos Digital to me. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January 2026–April 2026. We now work with them on an ongoing basis.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Santos Digital helped us integrate our CRM. We also noticed improved functionality and traffic. We were able to push traffic directly to our website rather than to a LinkedIn page. Clients became more aware of what we did and how we support clients on an ongoing basis by referring to our site before speaking with us.

How did Santos Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Santos Digital was extremely responsive despite working in a different time zone and never missed a deadline. They were understanding when we were slow to respond to requests and acted quickly when we needed something. We communicated via email and a messaging app.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Every week, Santos Digital shared an email update with all the actions they took that week, providing us with detailed information on requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There's nothing I can come up with.
