This was a lengthy and complex project. I had already consulted with three onshore companies which could not help and two offshore companies which were not as impressive and knowledgeable as SALT Tech. Sujay answered my queries on a Saturday morning and was ready with at least three solutions for a given problem. 

I have been reluctant to hire a company outside of Australia but I am very satisfied with the work ethic and performance that SALT tech has delivered. Sujay CEO was reachable anytime and would reply to all texts and queries. His team of experts in particular Satish would take on any task and execute it. I asked for some very complex issues to be solved in SOP and Satish was able to get it done in one evening with testing and going live. 

The speed with which the Salt Tech team works is unparallel. They have a solution ready before a problem arises. I am already thinking of some future projects with Salt Tech. In Summary Sujay and his team are honest, reliable, and efficient. and true experts, they know their craft well. I can say with confidence Salth Tech delivers on its promises.

I am Dr. Christine Sauer, a physician, naturopath and one of the world’s top experts on holistic brain health and holistic mental health with quite an unusual life story and the founder of DocChristine Coaching. I am working as a coach - for several reasons; and you can find more about all this on my website, https://docchristine.com, the website that Salttechno has rebuilt for me from the ground up. 

Salttechno, Sujay Bhagwat and his team are still working with me on improving, maintaining and optimizing my company’s online presence. Sujay from Sattechno approached me on LinkedIn in November 2022. I get hundreds of web-companies promising things like page 1 on google, web design services and others, and most of the time I just delete their emails or click away from their posts and messages.

I was very skeptical, since I had gained considerable experience over 7 years of trial, error and learning - experience and knowledge of SEO, google ranking, domain authority and more, and I had achieved a very good Domain authority for a coaching website and I already had managed to rank a blog on page 1 of google by myself before. 

I could have just proceeded by myself, but my ambition was and is to create a big enterprise to fulfill my mission to give my knowledge and experience to the younger generation and pay it forward to those who will come after me and assist them in creating the best life possible for them. I was painfully aware that I couldn’t do this by myself in the online world and that this also required a considerable amount of money and a shifting of mindset in myself. 

So I decided to embark on this journey to conquer the online world and reach and assist more people with a positive message that would empower them and their families to create a better world for them and those who come after them. What impressed me with Sujay was his approach of consistently over time giving me helpful tips about my website and highlighting things that I had overlooked that would make a difference for my SEO. 

He suggested a meeting without being pushy and when we entered into more negotiations he always stayed this way and never failed to follow-up with something appropriate. On top of this he was and is very respectful of my time and my needs to put things on hold when my mother passed in January 2023 and we had to travel to Germany for several weeks. 

We didn’t enter concrete negotiations until February 2023, and agreed on a financial plan that I could afford. Like many 2nd career health coaches I had made many costly mistakes before, and due to my own mental and brain health issues I didn’t have any savings and already was in debt before I met Sujay. He was and has been very respectful around this, too. 

Sujay and the team at his company, Sattechno, started working with me at the beginning of March 2023. I was very impressed how fast and efficient he and his team went to work. I think, when his team listed all the pages and blog posts what were part of my website, we were both surprised about the amount of content and pages I had created by myself on my website - over 140 pages and around 400 blog posts. 

Since at the start of my business, like many coaching startups with no experience in marketing or sales and no external funding, I didn’t really know how online business works and just wrote content with the intention to help others around their holistic health, nutrition, and lifestyle needs, without a clear strategy and with no idea on how to monetize my content. 

I followed the advice of several costly business coaches, which helped somewhat, but in the end just got me further in debt, as I am a generalist and know too much to confine me to just one narrow niche. Working with Sujay and sattechno had made me realize how haphazard my website was organized, how confusing the navigation was for a stranger landing on the site and how important a website strategy for online presence and marketing is for success in this competitive environment.

After seeing the design and good looks of the first landing pages Salttechno designed for me, I was so impressed that I urged him to proceed as fast as he could. And they did work with warp speed. - Watch what you wish for… I must say that this work and its fast pace was a bigger challenge for me than I anticipated. 

Although Salttechno provided me with a clear and strategic Project Plan, many unexpected issues came up, as can be expected with a larger project like this. In addition, I discovered that, like many high achievers, I tend to be what you could call a “control-freak” and giving up some of this control over something as important as my website was difficult. 

The whole process has caused me many short nights and many more extremely busy 16-hour work days. Thankfully I am an expert at stress management and so could stay at this fast pace for several weeks until the main reorganization was completed. Currently - it is the end of May 2023 - the main pages work great, the functionality is at least as good as before and thanks to Salttechno we have a clear path ahead to make this one of the foremost expert websites in the holistic mental health and brain health space.

I had conferences with Sujay in the middle of his night when I felt a crucial piece was not working and needed it fixed immediately, and I must say, Sujay has always stayed calm, professional, and helpful and has always found an appropriate solution at a cost that is much lower than I would have had to pay for a North American Agency. 

I was able to always communicate promptly with Sujay and his team, he has never been unresponsive and usually responded within hours or even faster. The speed of implementation for important issues has also been very satisfactory. Sujay has always explained why he recommended certain changes, and he changed the project plan according to my wishes after reflection. 

Sujay was always available to a personal meeting if required to discuss necessary changes and explain changes more in detail. Overall, I am very satisfied with Sujay Bhagwat and salttechno.com and their work quality, speed and ethics. I am looking forward to a continued long-term collaboration with Salttechno.com.

In 2022, our company went through a rebranding process. We needed a company that could redevelop and redesign our website to reflect our new brand.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our website has been live for around ten years, and we wanted the new look to reflect our rebranding. We hired Salt Technologies to analyze our existing content, create new ones, and develop a new WordPress site. They were tasked with designing the site’s UI/UX, which involved creating wireframes, and developing its information architecture. The project is divided into three phases, and Salt Technologies is working with us to roll out each phase in a successive mode.

The site has primary pages for customers to look at, as well as secondary pages, which include blogs, case studies, and downloadables. It's built to also integrate with different third-party tools such as marketing tools, tracking software, and analytics software. We’re also planning on creating microsites in phase three for some of our products and services. So far, Salt Technologies has completed phases one and two and are now working on our microsites. They’re also working on an outsend template, which will allow our team to take over and scale the site up as needed without needing any third-party support.

Simplicity was one of the key things we wanted the website to reflect, and they’ve successfully delivered that. In terms of the site’s functionality, they’ve built the site to scale up as needed, which we’re pleased with.

A project manager was the main POC for us. Timely designers, and testers stepped in as required. Also, the owner always kept in touch with us for the happenings.
