Their internal colloraboration.  If our representative didn't have the answer, she made it clear that they were a team of headhunters that worked the markets together.  Timezones didn't matter, we were able to work within all of our schedules.

Our experience was very positive.  We are looking to work with them again to hire a second VP of sales.  No current improvements.
