Sagan Passport has been able to start and finish the hiring process in 3–4 weeks. We’ve also measured the success of the engagement by seeing if the new staff members have picked up the training well and have the attributes we’re looking for in the role. We’ve assessed this through monthly scorecards, trainer feedback, and formal reviews.

I’ve hired multiple roles through Sagan Recruitment, including an Executive Assistant, Property Manager, Operations Manager, and Social Media Manager, and overall the experience has been very positive.

Manuela has been very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. She’s also been great at coordinating directly with my EA who was sourced through Sagan, which made managing multiple hires much easier for me.

I did have one hire that ultimately was not the right fit, but Sagan handled it professionally and moved quickly to provide a replacement, which I really appreciated. The process felt smooth, supportive, and efficient from start to finish.

We hired Sagan to assist in hiring for several roles to help build our offshore operations team. We previously used another recruiting company that left much to be desired and had no support post-hire. Sagan has been incredibly helpful in screening and providing high quality talent options, and also have a very robust backend support system with training for new hires and current managers. 
The experience we've had with Sagan has been much better than the last company we used, and has been less expensive with more support.

You’ll work independently, backed by a collaborative and supportive team that values clear communication, client care, and attention to detail.
