The value / ROI is high and their business model flips the international / outsourcing recrutiing model on its head. It's brilliant and very aligned.

It seems that there should be a slightly different way to bucket talent from a price per month / salary expectations perspective as I have found a wider spectrum of talent within the same price points but otherwise they have absolutely nailed it.

Someone referred Sagan Passport to us. We chose them because they came highly recommended, and the other option we had tried previously didn't work well.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July–August 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Sagan Passport found an excellent head of finance for us. The metrics are still to be determined as the new hire just started with us, but we're incredibly happy with their performance so far. We're evaluating them based on their ability to execute their 30/60/90-day mandate.

Sagan Passport delivered on time and was very efficient. Our primary form of communication was email.

Manu (Account Manager) and Caroline (Talent Advisor) were both excellent to work with. They were quick, great communicators, and super helpful at every stage. They really guided us through the process.

We started working together in January 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve successfully hired someone, and they’ve passed their three-month probation period. They continue to grow and develop with the company. They run the frontend of our recruiting pipeline and are a key team member in hiring, onboarding, tech access, and general ops support. Although I can’t quantify it, they’ve definitely improved the onboarding experience for new hires and supported the team.

They follow up a lot to see how we’re doing with finding candidates and if we need additional support.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The last candidate we sent an offer to declined it, even though we had previously salary-checked him, and he went through the entire interview process. Then, he ghosted us when we tried to understand why he was no longer interested.
