We needed an Executive Assistant hired in addition to learning how to onboard them effectively. This was a a completely new process and Sagan was fantastic in walking us through everything.

They obviously have a strong company culture themselves which permeates into the client experience. The online portal is also a great way to get to know and hear best practices from other people using Sagan Passport. I have recommended Sagan to 10+ friends and will continue to do so. Not sure why anyone would choose anyone else.
