What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve successfully hired someone, and they’ve passed their three-month probation period. They continue to grow and develop with the company. They run the frontend of our recruiting pipeline and are a key team member in hiring, onboarding, tech access, and general ops support. Although I can’t quantify it, they’ve definitely improved the onboarding experience for new hires and supported the team.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They follow up a lot to see how we’re doing with finding candidates and if we need additional support.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The last candidate we sent an offer to declined it, even though we had previously salary-checked him, and he went through the entire interview process. Then, he ghosted us when we tried to understand why he was no longer interested.
