Sagan supported our company as a global talent recruiting and onboarding partner, helping us add exceptional operators without taking on the overhead of equivalent U.S.-based hires. The scope of work included partnering with us to clarify the roles we needed, translating those needs into clear job descriptions and success profiles, sourcing and referring high-quality candidates aligned to our requirements, and supporting the onboarding and early success of new hires through structured documentation and launch plans. Throughout the engagement, Feli operated proactively as our day-to-day partner—consistently going beyond “yes” to deliver practical assets that made hiring and onboarding faster, clearer, and easier to execute.

Measurable outcomes from the engagement included faster time-to-fill on critical roles, higher-quality candidate matches, and a significantly smoother onboarding ramp—resulting in more capacity and less day-to-day operational burden on our leadership team. Specifically, we achieved (1) clear, execution-ready job descriptions and success profiles that reduced back-and-forth and improved candidate alignment,

(2) a consistent pipeline of vetted candidates that accelerated interview cycles and improved hiring confidence, and

(3) structured 30–60–90 day onboarding roadmaps and supporting documentation that shortened time-to-productivity and improved early performance expectations. The net result was reduced hiring cost versus U.S.-equivalent talent, improved operational leverage, and a repeatable hiring/onboarding system we can reuse for future roles.

 Honestly, there are hardly any areas for improvement. Sagan Passport delivered exactly what we needed high-quality global talent, strong recruiting partnership support, and a training ecosystem that helped hires ramp quickly across operations, project execution, and AI-enabled workflows. Communication was responsive, deliverables were on time, and the team consistently went above and beyond. If anything, any “improvements” would be minor preferences, not gaps in performance.

Initially, our US team was hesitant to have global hires, but they’ve opened up and grown close to the global team. They rely on and support one another in their roles.

The value / ROI is high and their business model flips the international / outsourcing recrutiing model on its head. It's brilliant and very aligned.

It seems that there should be a slightly different way to bucket talent from a price per month / salary expectations perspective as I have found a wider spectrum of talent within the same price points but otherwise they have absolutely nailed it.
