What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve successfully hired someone, and they’ve passed their three-month probation period. They continue to grow and develop with the company. They run the frontend of our recruiting pipeline and are a key team member in hiring, onboarding, tech access, and general ops support. Although I can’t quantify it, they’ve definitely improved the onboarding experience for new hires and supported the team.

They follow up a lot to see how we’re doing with finding candidates and if we need additional support.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The last candidate we sent an offer to declined it, even though we had previously salary-checked him, and he went through the entire interview process. Then, he ghosted us when we tried to understand why he was no longer interested.

The online portal is also a great way to get to know and hear best practices from other people using Sagan Passport. I have recommended Sagan to 10+ friends and will continue to do so. Not sure why anyone would choose anyone else.
