I’m Samuel, founder, and CEO at Raw Nutritional. I run an online health product business. My company is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of healthy, organic and pure protein supplements and superfoods. We have been in this business for almost 5 years now and have an in-house team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Of course. My old business website, as I later found out, was not very attractive and user-friendly. The new website looks awesome and works better than ever. Also, the content is fresh, unique and engaging. My website now ranks well on Google for most of my targeted business keywords. I am getting more traffic online than ever before. The number of leads has almost doubled in the few months this agency has been with us.

Like I said, I was assigned a dedicated manager, who took care of everything, from team selection to strategy, etc. I even got the opportunity to meet the team before finalization. Their price structure When I first decided to work with them, they offered me multiple hiring options, including hourly hiring. They even asked me to try the service first before signing any contract. So, I guess they are pretty honest in their approach and confident in their services, and rightly so. Another thing that makes them better than other companies is the level of professionalism that depicts in both their work and behavior.

Off the top of my head, I can suggest one thing. The working hours should have been a little more flexible. They work in a different time zone and I experienced a few glitches in that area. The remaining was all good.
