I engaged SAG IPL to develop a mobile and online application with React.js and Node.js, two extremely specialized languages. We started with a discovery phase, where we defined and developed the product's wireframe over the course of thirty to sixty minute calls held every morning for a month and a half.

They were then in charge of creating the application. Our software needed a secure database of gun owners as one of its primary features and purposes. SAG was entrusted with developing this blockchain-based data protection function. 

A theft recovery/deterrent method was another item we asked for. Additionally, an API connectivity for text and email messages with SendGrid was planned.

Every project we’ve done with SAG IPL has been successful — their success rate is 100%. Moreover, the quality of their resources is extremely good. I would give our relationship the highest rating.

Our process began with three scoping meetings with SAGIPL spread over a year; the reason for the intervals was our internal team's indecision on whether or not to commit to a project. Following the scoping meetings, we conducted a UX audit and code review of our current web system.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We're still in the early stages because the products were only released in January. The fact that the front end of our website has a much lower bounce rate is a positive sign so far. Both the amount of time spent on the website and the rates of conversion have gone up. Early signs are all encouraging. Our team is quite pleased with the deliverables internally. 

We believe that a significant amount of time has been saved on administrative duties. For our team, the system is far more user-friendly and efficient. Of course, there are still certain things we want to work on and finish developing. Feedback from suppliers and customers has been overwhelmingly positive. They give the new website high marks.

Their project management performance has been excellent. Learning how to collaborate is a lifelong process, made more so by the fact that the project took eight to ten months to complete. We went through multiple phases, and SAG did a fantastic job managing the project. They demonstrated good communication and transparency. Jira, Confluence, and Slack are all used by us. 

Their group put a lot of effort into learning how we operate. They changed to accommodate and aid us. From the perspective of project management, the involvement has been excellent. Our regular meetings were timed according to the project's phase. I talk to our project manager on a frequent basis. We still talk every day, even if it's only to catch up over Slack.

SAG IPL truly cares about assisting clients in resolving their problems. They are accommodating and considerate of our preferred working style. Their staff did a wonderful job of outlining other, potentially more efficient options when we presented our suggestions. They did an excellent job of having those discussions and outlining the reasons why we might want to choose a different course. 

However, they were always supportive if we presented them with a decent concept. In our teams, listening and cooperating are excellent skills.

No, nothing in particular. I think we all could’ve learned to collaborate a little quicker. If anything did come up, They reacted and solved it.

A seamless and secure mobile application, a quick application process, immediate financing decisions, integration with merchant systems, customized offers, efficient repayment management, comprehensive reporting and analytics, and an intuitive user interface for merchants and customers were among the main deliverables.

The team designed our logo. At first, we asked them to provide us with a variety of logo options, ranging from ultra-conservative to hyper-modern. They then created four templates: two were more modern and featured vibrant colors, while the other two were simpler and more conventional. They managed the entire process of creating the final logo, and when we decided which template best fit our needs as a business, we chose a typeface.
After sending the completed logo, they started from scratch and used a WordPress template to develop our website. The website functions as both our digital factory and a lead generation tool for clients to engage with us online. The team assisted us with keyword research and also provided copywriting and SEO services for our website. 
We collaborated with them on multiple sites to ensure that the right keywords were included for both Google and Bing. They do occasionally help with maintenance requests, but we are the ones who host the website. They conducted a case study interview with one of our clients as well. In order to communicate our brand message, they included the case study to the website and placed data and videos on various sections.

They immediately created outstanding logo designs. We had a hard time deciding which logo would work best, but we were overjoyed with the result. They also created an excellent case study that showed off their mastery of the style of our brand. Although developing a message for our product may be challenging, They performed a great job of understanding our brief and producing intelligent website content. 
The primary functionalities of the website are satisfactory, and it functions incredibly well. Since we're still getting indexed, it's too soon to tell how well our website traffic is doing. Nevertheless, positive internal comments about the site's design indicates that we're headed in the right direction. We are now at the top of the search results page for a number of the keywords we have been keeping an eye on. We've also carried out technical SEO audits with positive results.

The number of leads has almost doubled in the few months this agency has been with us.
