I am the owner of Clickvision Media. Our company is an online search agency delivering search engine optimization, search engine marketing, paid search, and web design to clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with SAG Infotech?

We recently lost a staff member so we needed assistance on a couple of small development jobs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our goal was to support our clients’ businesses through subscription lead capture. SAG Infotech helped us with 4 projects involving landing page designs, WordPress web development, and website design assistance. We only worked with 1 member from SAG Infotech. The landing page was done in HTTP and the rest of the projects were done in WordPress—we exclusively work with WordPress. Their work was relatively simple. I sent over wireframes, imagery, and content for everything that we needed.

How did you come to work with SAG Infotech?

I put a job posting on a freelance website and roughly 60 people responded to it. We set up trials with 3 people and gave them a simple design test. While 2 of them did not respond, SAG Infotech’s developer came back to us very quickly and said he would like the work. I did not know that he was a part of SAG Infotech at first, since he applied individually. However, we have come across this arrangement many times before. SAG Infotech also fit with our price plan because our market is not a corporate one. We charge small businesses about £10 an hour for web development, so we are not able to pay £25 an hour to a development firm.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2016, and we plan on working with them moving forward. We have a good relationship with them and the work they turn around is what we need.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

The work that SAG Infotech did was as expected. Even though we have an in-house team of designers, developers, search specialists, PPC specialists, SEO specialists, we ran out of time. The SAG Infotech team was very competent in fulfilling the time management that we did not have due to lack of staffing.

How did SAG Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very good from a project management standpoint. They delivered on time and were easy to contact. Because we had time differences, we agreed on a certain number of hours during the day that we could contact each other. We communicate through Skype and email, while we share documents via Dropbox and Google Drive.

What did you most impressive about SAG Infotech?

I appreciated the immediacy of their response to us. Whenever we contact them, they would send a reply very quickly. Their work was also cost effective, which was something that we needed.

Are there any areas SAG Infotech could improve?

We have not really tested their expertise. As a company policy, we do not allow foreign companies to take on design, content, and copy within our projects. This is not based on SAG in particular but from other firms we have worked with in the past.

We visit customers, evaluate their needs, and present different customer relationship management [CRM] and business management solutions. We have a team of 10 employees, including salespeople, in-house developers, and an office administrator.

We had received a project from a local customer and needed to develop a solution within a very short period of time. At that time, my in-house resources had become overwhelmed with other work. We decided to outsource this particular project.

SAG Infotech has worked on several Android apps, including product documentation, development, and design. The apps reduce business inefficiencies, provide information in real-time, and calculate custom solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SAG Infotech developed an Android application which serves as a communication tool for insurance companies. It is in use by agents in the field as well as clients, who can calculate insurance premiums and other details. SAG Infotech's work included product documentation and development and graphic design for our Android and web applications. We had already built a prototype for the client; SAG Infotech resumed the work from there.

We have used SAG Infotech for developing similar applications. One of them was made to monitor a sales team's activity and allowed the team to place orders in real-time, reducing inefficiencies within the organization. We have also built an application for a church, allowing users to download daily readings, mass briefs, and bulletin announcements from their parishes.

We are looking to develop similar applications for the iOS platform. We have dealt with only one point of contact from SAG Infotech, who has been our go-to person for any problem.

We searched for developers on Freelancer.com and came across SAG Infotech. We reviewed their brief and decided to give them a chance. SAG Infotech had worked on a number of jobs in the past, and they had good client recommendations.

We started working with SAG Infotech in 2014, and we currently have an ongoing project.

Some of our clients have referred us to their peers, and we've also seen repeat business, based on SAG Infotech's work. The feedback has been positive overall, and the apps have had a good number of downloads.

How did SAG Infotech perform from a project management standpoint?

SAG Infotech is able to deliver on time, and they've given us a single point of contact who has kept us updated, no matter the time difference. Because SAG Infotech is based in India, they have a 3-hour time difference to us. I can reach out to them even late at night, and SAG Infotech will get back to me.

We were given a project timeline from the start and received updates on a daily basis. SAG Infotech detailed the amount of work to be handled in a given number of days, and we gave the same timeline to clients. They respected this timeline.

What did you find most impressive about SAG Infotech?

One of our many concerns about the software business, in general, is the relationship aspect. There are many development firms in Kenya, but we've strived to find a partner who could keep in constant communication in the case of any problems. This was a big reason for going back to SAG Infotech.

Are there any areas SAG Infotech could improve?

At times, we've had a couple of issues with the language barrier. I appreciate that SAG Infotech has put a person between the developers and the client for communication. They're constantly looking for better ways to improve communication.

They not only improved our online presence through technical SEO, keyword optimization, and a modernized website, but also guided us in exploring blockchain and tokenization opportunities within the taxi industry. Their consultancy was extremely valuable in helping us understand how emerging technologies could align with our business model. From January 2024 to May 2025, they demonstrated remarkable patience and flexibility, especially given Lebanon’s challenging circumstances of war and economic crisis. They were understanding with payments, highly supportive, and went beyond the role of a service provider — they became a true partner who genuinely cared about our growth and survival.

Our website visibility improved significantly. We started receiving calls from areas of Lebanon where people had never heard of us before, thanks to higher search rankings. Visitors and tourists from abroad are now finding us online through Google and booking airport pickups directly, often calling from international numbers. We can clearly see our Google ranking improvement, which has translated into real inquiries and new customers. Their SEO efforts brought us measurable growth in reach, visibility, and customer acquisition.

What impressed me most about this company is the wide range of services they provide. Even though I didn’t use all their services, just knowing that they have such a complete offering gave me confidence. In addition, their blogs and articles are clear, informative, and valuable; they provide insights that can truly help businesses make the right decisions

Overall, the collaboration was positive. At times, there were delays in certain phases but with time I came to understand that such delays can be part of the development process. but I was satisfied with their technical skills and dedication.
