I’m the COO of Broussard, David & Moroux, a law firm specializing in personal injury and wrongful death cases. We provide legal representation and advocacy for victims seeking compensation.

What challenge were you trying to address with S1 Technology?

We needed to improve our IT infrastructure and phone system. We also needed a significantly improved experience to enable us to perform to the best of our abilities so that we wouldn’t have to continue dealing with outages and other issues. We needed experts to help us determine our strategy proactively, rather than continuing to put out fires unceasingly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

S1 Technology has done a complete assessment of our IT infrastructure. They’ve met with us many times to learn what our most pressing issues and important objectives are. The team has provided continuous ongoing support, including after hours, to ensure that everything functions smoothly. S1 Technology has installed a new phone system and a new server. They track all of our tickets and ensure timely completion.

We work with 6-10 teammates from S1 Technology.

How did you come to work with S1 Technology?

Someone referred S1 Technology to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, a great culture fit, good value for cost, and company values aligned with ours. I also spoke with their customers, who were raving fans.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with S1 Technology in February 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The time to completion and time to close tickets has improved. The number of repeated issues has dropped significantly compared to our previous provider.

How did S1 Technology perform from a project management standpoint?

S1 Technology’s project management is very efficient. The team communicates well and delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

S1 Technology also runs on EOS and is clearly passionate about providing the best experience to their customers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for S1 Technology to improve. I’m not easy to impress.
