What challenge were you trying to address with S1 Technology?

We needed to improve our IT infrastructure and phone system. We also needed a significantly improved experience to enable us to perform to the best of our abilities so that we wouldn’t have to continue dealing with outages and other issues. We needed experts to help us determine our strategy proactively, rather than continuing to put out fires unceasingly.

What was the scope of their involvement?

S1 Technology has done a complete assessment of our IT infrastructure. They’ve met with us many times to learn what our most pressing issues and important objectives are. The team has provided continuous ongoing support, including after hours, to ensure that everything functions smoothly. S1 Technology has installed a new phone system and a new server. They track all of our tickets and ensure timely completion.

The time to completion and time to close tickets has improved. The number of repeated issues has dropped significantly compared to our previous provider.

S1 Technology’s project management is very efficient. The team communicates well and delivers on time. We communicate via in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps.
