What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to have a cross-browser friendly application that works well on both iOS and Android. I wanted the app to look good, attention-seeking and user-oriented.

I had a vision of having a mobile application that can provide users on the go health assistance. I had an abbreviation of the requirement with the well-documented flow from my project manager.

Well, it can be said that I had an idea and these guys crafted it to reality. The app is React native based and works on both iOS and Android.

What was the team composition?

I was mainly talking to their business managers and as the project progressed the conversation was shifted from designers to developers and testers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project has been successfully launched on the stores and is doing good.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project/business manager we were talking to was really easy to work with. We had the required assistance always. They never let the time difference cause any sort of hindrances.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The approach, the quality and the clarity of the process. The process was transparent since the start. If some tasks were supposed to take more time and more capital, I was informed about it in advance. There was no underlying cost.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As the end party, I wanted the process to be quick but as they say, good things take time. Everything turned out pretty well and it has been five months and the app is running bug-free.

I wanted a sleek and eye-pleasing design that’s better than my competitors. I wanted the user to experience an easy-to-access and browsable website.

Initially, I shared with RW Infotech Private Limited my vision, target audience, and a few of the competitors' websites. I provided Jaswinder (Managing Director, RW Infotech Private Limited) the approach that I was looking for, and he made sure they understood my requirements. Then they created a wireframe and provided samples of designs. Once everything was finalized, their developers built the front- and backend of the website.

I worked with a group of designers and developers. I was also assigned a business manager to answer all my queries.

The site was completed in late June 2019. Now that I'm working with their marketing team, the audience and query rate are increasing exponentially.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

RW Infotech Private Limited’s approach was really professional and warm. My assigned business manager was available around the clock. The main modes of conversation were Skype and Slack. Tasks were assigned using Freedcamp.

The whole team was immensely experienced. Their quality of work, professionalism, and availability were most impressive.

I’m a department head at CO:CREATE, a curated platform connecting handpicked tattoo artists with clients. We offer a seamless, secure booking system and portfolio management for artists, and an easy way for clients to find and book top talent.

We needed to completely overhaul our marketing website, but our current engineering team had other priorities. We needed someone who could partner with us and make recommendations to build out our site on Builder.io.

What was the scope of their involvement?

RW Infotech developed our home, about us, and artist pages. They also created reusable components so we could manage and create new pages in the future, all in line with our design system. The team handled both front- and backend development and partnered tightly with our engineering team to handle releases as well.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

RW Infotech delivered the site itself and increased clarity and understanding of our product among customers. We ran Maze user tests before and after, and the percentage of users who could accurately say what CO:CREATE was doubled.

They delivered on time and were highly communicative and collaborative in driving towards hard release dates. We primarily communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

RW Infotech’s ability to make recommendations that would set us up for long-term success was impressive, even if the implementation differed slightly from the design specs. They didn’t just execute; they made strategic recommendations that improved the development.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We had some slight performance issues based on some of the assets we created. It would have been great if RW Infotech could have made more recommendations around performance as well.
