We started the company with some development services provided by RV Tech. This year we give them the phase 2 project. The goal for this project was to add some new modules to the app and improve user experience for existing modules.

Through upwork qualification system we decided that RV Tech was top company to develop our product. After some interviews and initial small jobs, we confirmed the capabilities of the company and started to work together.

We design the all platform and provide the sketches, diagrams, flows etc to RV tech, based on this they were able to develop the platform and setup the servers on AWS with all resources required. The main deliverables is the source code. Some technologies used are: MongoDB, AWS, NodeJS, ReactNative

We launched the project on time, the issues were handled quick by dev team.

We communicate through upwork and Zoom. We used Jira to manage the priorities and tasks of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The price offered is lower than local market making it easier for us to develop the platform as expected.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While the quality was great, I believe the documentation could be improved in order to have a well structured project easier to understand for any new team member.

RV Tech helped turn a dream into reality! They provided services such as consulting, full stack development, testing, UI, Graphics, and so much more. It was an incredibly difficult task to create a site that users will find simple, easy, and fast to use when it comes to Esports betting. Thankfully RV Tech managed to overcome this and have created a truly unique platform!

What were your goals for this project?

Build a fully functional easy to use site offering unique wagering options to users. RV Tech accomplished this goal and are still providing further development/maintenance.

I found them on a freelance site and spoke directly with the team about the concept. They made it easy and took great attention to detail when discussing ideas.

RV Tech provided every service possible! Whether it was UI, graphics, or full stack development they could do it. They went above and beyond making sure every detail was to our liking. From start to finish the project was as smooth as possible.

First we worked directly with their front end developers in order to get a solid foundation for the site. Next we made changes as needed and created additional pages where needed. Following the front end development we began working on the back end development for the sites functionality.

RV Tech did a great job to focus on core milestones in order to reduce wait/testing time. After each function was updated myself and others would begin testing. The following day we would discuss with RV Tech, make changes, and test again. This process was great because it allowed us to keep the site fluid and make changes as needed!

Front end Back end UI/Graphics Customer Relations Every single member involved in the project did a fantastic job! They were very professional and understood the concept fully.

The experience with RV Tech has been immaculate! I simply can not say enough good about RV Tech, They have been kind, professional, and most of all innovative.

They not only completed the tasks required but also went above and beyond. Their outside-of-the-box thinking allowed for a great collaboration. Each process was smooth and handled with fantastic execution!

Each project was cut up into milestones and completed one at a time. This process was great because it allowed us to see the site slowly grow and form. This gave us the option to change and add when needed. This process was extremely effective!

The team was the most impressive part about RV Tech. Every member involved became a friend, I could count on them no matter what! RV Tech truly has been the most professional group I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

I own Joyride Logistics. This company was created to create safe transportation using a mobile application in Namibia. I oversee all operations.

I hired them to create two mobile applications. One for taxi drivers to receive requests from customers, and for customers to use to request rides from my drivers.

What were your goals for this project?

Transportation is a big need in this country due to many people not owning vehicles. Taxi's are the main source of transportation. The taxi's can be dangerous. This app is designed to keep customers safe. We are still at the beginning stages of operating so no goals are established yet.

I selected this vendor based on its history of satisfied customers and on their low price. Several other companies were considered, but this one stood out to me.

The project was to create two mobile apps for transportation needs. One for drivers and the other for customers. I initially had a very basic scope for the apps. In the development process, I expanded the scope a lot, which this business handled very well at minimal cost and sometimes for free. They used their 10 years of experience to create a design and planned out the execution very well. The apps are for Android phones with a website.

What was the team composition?

They have a great team of several people handling the different aspects of the app. They have back-end developers, code programmers, website developers, and more were used to complete my project.

We are just starting our business. At this time there are no results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated through whatsapp and phone meetings. These were effective between both of our teams being that we are internationally separated.

They are very experienced and know how to fix any issue that comes up. They also have reasonable prices. I would recommend them to everyone.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They could improve on their english language better. But they speak and understand it very well. This created very minimal issues. Most issues were cleared up by asking them to explain things differently.

The first app was succesfully published on the first October, 2019, and everythings on the app work. The next app will be published on 29.11.19 but even on this app everything is working.

The impact this project has had on our business is definitely one of the highest concerns as we are a startup and since first ever mobile game FIGHT KNIGHTS we plan to have this serve GUMSMACK well to be able to expand our company into other areas of the industry.

Project Management was arranged nicely over multiple social platforms such as Skype, Upwork, etc. Also we maintained milestones, xls sheets etc. to keep up with the tasks at hand and appropriately coding them as each milestone was completed, etc.

The most impressive about RVT is the honor, dedication / commitment, trusting, patient, adaptability, diverse qualities all good companies should have. They hands-down delivered as promised, exceeding our contractual requirements.
