The challenge we faced was building and programming a website that would make the registration of new members an easy and simple process while maintaining the UI/UX of the pages as we want.

I searched through Clutch and contacted the best-reviewed companies in web development. runprof was the quickest in getting back to me, looking to get things started, understanding the size of my business, and trying to find a way to start the project. In short, they put in the most effort by far.

We had a meeting where the CTO Ahmed provided a breakdown of the best tech solutions to choose from. The site uses a custome backend dashboard and predominantly uses PHP and JavaScript. We decided to use Twilio and the team then spent the first few weeks understanding the API and creating a test version of my platform. Ahmed and his team then moved towards integrating it into the site when the registration system was in a finished state. The integration took a while as I have a complex platform and Mina "PM" was able to add further functionality

We worked with a team of 7 professionals "a web developer, web designer, software development engineer, full stack developer, system administrator, and CTO" daily during the project. runprof recommended using a project manager but agreed that we could remove the additional cost provided we were willing to work directly with the developer every day. This worked very well as we developed we platform so it was beneficial of both sides me being more involved.

The project has just been finished and we are so far satisfied with the quality of the work, that was over expected outcome

We had daily meetings with the CTO & PM, where they filled us in on the progress and asked me technical questions about the platform. We used Slack throughout the project duration to keep in touch and report progress during the day.

The team delivered a really high-quality web application system within a very short period of time. I was really impressed with how quickly they managed to create the system and how effectively everyone was in communicating with me. I also can't stress how pleased I was when we were allowed to go forward with the project without having a project coordinator - it made a huge difference to us.

Project management has been excellent thus far, always meeting deadlines, working with us on expectations, and being incredibly responsive. We've communicated over Slack, Github, and Asana. No issues has ever been caused by language barrier.

Their developers are really proficient and know their tech stack in and out. Any challenging problem we throw at them has always been handled with eagerness and curiosity to learn and solve the task at hand. Their commitment to keep proper process and frameworks to ensure smooth delivery of project requirements has been a stand out point. Kudos to them for the same.

None I can think of, we have been completely satisfied and happy with their work. In between when the work was being slowed down a bit due to bugs they immediately replaced and alloted us a senior developer to make sure the project timelines and quality don't get affected.
