This phase kicked off the project and focused on laying the foundational blueprint for our app's user interface and experience. RunProf's designers conducted thorough discovery sessions to understand our target users—ranging from tech-savvy developers to enterprise clients seeking plug-and-play computer vision models. They created detailed wireframes using tools like Figma, incorporating user flows for key features such as marketplace browsing, product listings and secure transactions.

The scope included iterative revisions based on our feedback, ensuring intuitive navigation, responsive designs for mobile and web, and accessibility compliance . We also integrated UX research elements, like user personas and journey maps, to optimize for high engagement in a niche tech marketplace.

2. App Development:  
Building on the wireframes, the development team handled the full-stack creation of our marketplace app. They used modern technologies like Flutter for cross-platform compatibility (iOS and Android), Node.js for the backend, and Google Cloud for scalable cloud infrastructure to handle user data, listings, and real-time updates.

RunProf was tasked with taking a concept for Waspha mobile app, designing it, developing it, and testing it.  The concept evolved over time into a very robust, full-featured.  In addition, I asked them to act as product managers, developing new, functional product ideas that would set Waspha apart from the competition.  We also decided to add AI functionality near the end of the development cycle, which further set Waspha apart from its competition.

Waspha app was delivered on time and released in May 2025.

Waspha mobile app and admin panel were developed according to the project timeline, ensuring all required features were delivered. Some changes required during the process were kindly adopted by the team leader.

• The team were able to improve the web app performance drastically and single-handedly develop all of the planned features. We had no complaints about the work and were consistently impressed with the time of delivery.

We had develop a timeframe after a series of discovery calls with an aggressive delivery date. After this we broke down the project into sprints and formulated a plan to develop the UI with designers while developers were creating a dual platform app that works on tablets as well. There were around 4 - 5 developer: Frontend Developer, Project Manager, Backend Developer, QA Tester, UI/UX designer.we were mainly dealing with the project manager alone.
