The project involved a detailed analysis of the current website's structure, content types, and taxonomies to map and organize data for the migration, which included automated scripts and manual adjustments for specific cases.

rtCamp migrated one of our Mobility website from Drupal CMS to a WordPress VIP multisite environment and improved website Core Web Vitals by ~2X. The transition also embraced the potential of the Gutenberg full site editor for content management, aiming to simplify the process and reduce learning time for users. This included customized editorial training to facilitate smooth onboarding. 
The migration not only preserved SEO through careful handling of meta data and URL structures but also doubled the site's performance metrics as measured by Core Web Vitals. The project culminated in the deployment of the website within the WordPress VIP Multisite environment ensuring compliance and budget efficiency.
