Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We wanted to create a brand identity for our studio. As we are a design and a manufacturing organisation, it was difficult for us to elaborate to clients about the benefits of working with us. Our breif to Royale Cheese was first to create a clean logo and identity. Followed by a easy ot navigate website, which would elaborate on all the services we offered. This was difficult breif as we have not had anyone do this as successfully as Royale Cheese.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In our line of work we do not get much work from the website. However the website is our primary tool to show the clients what we do and the various services that we offer. We had some amazing feedback from new clietns who visited our website and it became a 'go-to' tool for us to interact with clients.

The team is professional and prompt. They understood our requirements and delivered on the first go.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood the requirements way better than the other company's we have dealt with. I believe it is important for an organisation to align themselves with the ethos of the clients. The Royale Cheese team was able to understand where we came from and what we were looking for very quickly and deliver efficiently. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Royale Cheese Innovations could have done differently?

Well, we were satisfied with the work they did for us and we always work with them when the need arises. So i would not have any specific 'improvments' to suggest.

They launched the website with accolades. Also, they delivered the website on schedule and were flexible for changes.

Yes they completely delivered all the milestones of the project within their respective timelines.

Their response was pretty quick to our changing needs and we took collaborative approach throughout the project.

Scope of work required delivering a highly scalable backend using K8s and microservices in Python and NodeJS. The backend would be integrated into a frontend dApp named Casho. The Casho App lets users monetize their data.  Casho prioritizes user consent and transparency in data collection. With user's explicit permission, Casho would gather information on their spending habits, device specifics, browsing patterns, and geolocation details.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The consumer facing website has been launched successfully attracting a great set of audience. The dApp Casho is fully developed and ready to launch for the public.

Royale Cheese is very adaptable and proactive for our needs. They provide good guidance on how a certain functionality may face issues and suggest ways to work around it. Overall, they accommodated our needs very well.

They have been upfront on the discussion keeping it quite conversation productive on every standup calls. Very friendly in nature and the team understands the needs and brainstorm on the standards to keep upto.

Everything on a project level is well executed but it would have been nice to meet them in person.

Royale Cheese Innovation was tasked with building the smartparking platform based on the design requirements we provided. It included an online portal for parking administrators and their staff to perform all tasks associated with managing a public parking facilty with very little human resource requirements. They were also tasked with building a mobile app for both iOS and Android devices which would allow drivers to park and pay for their parking without having to interact with any onsite staff.

5* star rating of the iOS App and 4* rating for Android App

They were excellent in their communication throughout the entire project and we are very happy with their abilty to complete deliverables ontime and within budget.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very personable in their interactions and always responsive to inquiries, even if they are made outside of normal meeting schedules. This tangible dedication made us feel as though they were as keen as we were, to see the project become a success. We are also particularly impressed with their ability to deliver on some unplanned, complex build requests in an aggressive timeframe that met our quality and performance standards, as this was extremely key to our projects' success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Royale Cheese Innovations could have done differently?

I would say based on what we required from them, they were the perfect fit for our needs. They built the products to our design specifications without much need for constant redos or fixes, and they were also very good at sourcing a specific type of resource, or expertise if it we required and they didn't happen to have in house at the time. So, based on that perspective I can't really say they have to change too much of how they operate.
