Rokad first worked with us to understand our data requirements, use cases, and reporting needs. For example, we can’t ask users to pay upfront; we always need to have a free tier, not just as a marketing gimmick but as a way to onboard our initial users, which will then need to convert into paying users. As a result, we’ve seen a 75% jump in user sign-ups.
