They’re professional and knowledgeable. On my initial call, I was skeptical of the outcome, but I was in need, so I entertained the initial consultation. I was very happy with the persistence and integrity ROILift has provided.

I'm the owner and CEO of Missouri Synthetics, a consulting company. We're an independent direct jobber with AMSOIL synthetic lubricants, working to help those with engines, transmissions, bearings, and drive chains of all types discover the magic that 100% synthetics can bring to their operations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ROILift is adding missing meta tags and back-end connections to make our website more attractive to Google and increase the number of exposures we get on the front page. The team is also providing custom posts for social media, creating and adding new blogs to our site, and more. We meet weekly via Zoom to discuss upcoming changes and provide guidance regarding which changes we need to adapt and approve and which changes aren't going to need our attention.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's too early to see results yet. However, based on the conversations we've had, the virtual meetings we've had, and the quality of the materials we're receiving and approving, I expect great progress ahead! We're currently watching online sales activity, which includes current customer reorders and is averaging $588 per day. We'll be watching that number to build an average of $977 per day to reach our annual goal for the year. We're also building automated processes in our CRM to provide good customer service and encourage expansion into other equipment our customers own or manage.

How did ROILift perform from a project management standpoint?

Our project manager is super efficient and very much "on the ball!" We mainly communicate through virtual meetings.

The completeness of their web support process and the dedicated follow-through are impressive.

I have noticed an uptick in people coming to my site and people  leaving messages for me to reach back out to them for potential work.
